Megan went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation. Due to a sudden death in the family, we needed to switch a phone to an already existing plan. It was not straightforward because we had only some of the information necessary. Megan tried every option to make the switch work and we were successful. We are so grateful for this help!

Went into Verizon today to get my new phone activated. The employee, Jake, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He was able to flawlessly juggle multiple customers without missing a beat. If I ever have a question, I know who I’m going to…Thanks, Jake. Oh and…Go Raiders!👍🏻

Saturday, I lost my phone (wallet) and of all passwords I do remember- I could not remember my Apple password to use Find my phone and after too many attempts, I got locked out. I drove straight down to local Verizon store and JAKE was there to help!! He went above and beyond to help me and did! Somehow, he did his magic and got my account unlocked! I found my phone/wallet too. Just wanted to thank JAKE again for his help!!

Excellent customer service! Each time we have the occasion to interact with Caleb, he goes above and beyond to help us - from trading in and upgrading a device to questions on our bill. No matter how busy the store is, Caleb remains professional and takes appropriate time with each customer. You never feel rushed or in the way. He is exceptionally well informed about each service and product. Recently, Caleb worked to help us receive a loyalty reward from Verizon. He did not receive a personal commission for this loyalty reward - he helped simply because he was able and willing. Hands down, the best customer experience we’ve received. Many kudos!

I would just personally like to give a shout out to Caleb and Jade! These two were absolutely amazing! Calab helped me get my new phone and helped me through moat of the process. I had a complication with my phone number and both Jade and Caleb stayed past their shift time and helped me solve the problem! Would highly recommend both of them! So glad I switched from Tmobile to Verizon very well worth it! Caleb was very friendly and helpful and so was Jade! Give them a raise because they sure do deserve it! Thank u so so so much u guys for helping me with my phone!

Alan was a great help getting our phones set up and accessorized! Very courteous, we arrived at the store minutes before closing and he stayed almost 2 hours late to get us new phones and plans. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Caleb was so very helpful . There was a terrible time trying to return a 5G internet box. He spent several hours on the phone trying to get the shipping label to sent it back. Always show’s polite patience dealing with customers

My wife and I upgraded our cheap smartphones to the S22 and got the best deal from Alan and Heather! These are the 2 that I always work with and will work with always. They are so knowledgeable on the latest Verizon news and deals! I'd give 20 stars if I could!
