We had a Craft & Vendor Event there along with a Chili Cook-Off and Auction. Nice place.

We rented the Lex for a private party. The venue was very nice and we had a lovely experience. Very good communication also. Recommend.

The venue was in a good location but it still needs renovations. The owner was very picky about the thermostat and did not want to turn it down even though is a bride with having heat flashes. We had to go to the owner at least four times to ask her to turn the thermostat down. It was very frustrating considering the amount of money they spent to rent the venue.

Still needs a Lot of renovations! I came early in my riding cart and rode up an old open lift! When we went to go back out early, the tables had been set too close together, and I couldn't get thru the crowd! So we were going to go out the fire exit. There was a family/friends that were all set up right in front of the fire exit. We still had to wait on them to move. Next time I will call the fire department so they can see how many people have been stuffed in there! Couldn't even get to the bathroom, or bar area for a drink or food! Hopefully this will be fixed!🙄🎃🍁
