If I could give this venue 100 stars I would.
They did anything and everything to make our wedding day PERFECT. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. Alan, Angela, and the entire staff not only exceeded our wedding day expectations but created a fun, welcoming, homey environment. They made our day run smoothly and flawlessly. The food was amazing, the staff went above and beyond, and the venue is so beautiful.

Berry Acres made our day absolutely flawless. I anticipated things going wrong and not one thing went wrong due to their planning and coordination throughout the night. They are not only some of the friendliest people I have ever met, their venue is full service and absolutely beautiful. I was calm all day and they helped me to be! I am so glad we chose to stay close to home when looking for a venue and found this venue 5 minutes from our house.

I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this venue. First of all, the property is just beautiful with all of the flowers and greenery. But what really made it so amazing, is the people who own it/work there. Angela and her husband will do anything to make sure your day goes as smoothly and stress free as possible. Emma did so many things for us, without even realizing it. She was constantly checking if we needed anything, or carrying things for us. The random staff members were also asking if we needed anything, even if it wasn’t their responsibility! I highly recommend having your big day at Berry Acres, it was the best night of our life!!

Angela, Jazmyn and the whole staff at Berry Acres made our special day absolutely perfect! They have thought of everything there is to keep in mind and made our day flow flawlessly without a hitch. The venue is just gorgeous, the food is delicious and the dance floor is so much fun! Angela did an amazing job at making sure my mom, my husband and I were not stressed in the slightest; she takes care of everything! The kids had a blast the play room, and the bridal party and groomsmen suites will hold some of our favorite memories. I’ve had tons of compliments on how beautiful and easy going the whole day was. I wish I could relive our fairy-tale day all over again!! You will be beyond happy choosing Berry Acres for your special day!

Oh my goodness, I have been procrastinating writing this as I wasn't sure if I could come up with words that would accurately describe our experience at Berry Acres. To tell the truth, they were the only venue we toured. The entire location was perfect. The venue is absolutely beautiful and so expertly thought out. Not only that but oh my goodness the human beings that you will meet there, every last one of them, are the most amazing persons you will ever meet. I have never met such genuinely kind people who want nothing more than to have your day be the most beautiful, stress free experience. Angela and Jazmyn answered every question I could possibly come up with and had a plan for every obscure "that would never happen but if it did" situation. They were absolutely essential in making sure my head didn't actually spin off while planning everything. Emma joined our little team late in the game but was the perfect touch and was absolutely essential in the rehearsal portion of events.

ALAN. HOLY GUACAMOLE. IF THERE IS LITERALLY ANY DOUBT YOU NEED TO HAVE FIREWORKS. My parent's got engaged during a forth of July fireworks event and I decided that, as a nod to them and the marriage I hope to live up to, we would have a surprise fireworks show during the reception. Alan is amazing and I'm now positive everyone needs to have fireworks at every event, ever. Literally though, people are still calling to talk to me about how amazing the fireworks experience was. Do it, there will be no regrets.

Every single person I have spoken to, even now, months after the wedding (8/06/22) talk about how amazing the entire day was. Everything was better than I could have imagined in my most hopeful dreams. I could spend another several hours attempting to convey everything but the moral of the story is this. Berry Acres is, without any doubts, the most amazing location you could possibly choose to have an event at. If you don't immediately fall in love when you see the place, you'll fall in love with the people who spend their days there. I am genuinely sad I don't get to continue annoying them with to many emails. You're the best, beautiful humans.

Berry Acres was absolutely incredible. From our initial tour of the venue to every step leading up to the wedding they made everything so easy. They were so quick to respond with any questions we had and always checked in to make sure we stayed on track with planning. They had everything we needed too with DJ, catering, and decor. Angela, Alan and Emma made our day perfect! We are so happy to be a part of the Berry Acres Family!

Deciding to have our daughter's wedding at Berry Acres was the easiest and best decision we made during the entire wedding process. Angela, Abigail, Emma and everyone else made everything so easy for us. From the beginning, it was smooth and non-stressful. They were quick to answer questions, always checked in to see if there was anything else we needed and made us feel welcome. The wedding day was flawless (besides the rain!) but even then, they provided everything we needed and helped make the day memorable for everyone. They genuinely wanted the best day for our daughter and son-in-law and made it happen. We are so grateful to them!!

My husband and I recently got married at Berry Acres on April 10th. Berry Acres was the first and only venue we looked at and I have absolutely no regrets. From the time we booked with them until the end of our reception, they were nothing short of amazing. They truly are a “one-stop-shop” and executed our big day flawlessly. Not having to worry about catering, DJ, set up and clean up was a huge burden off of our shoulders. Angela, Jazmyn and Alan really go out of their way to make sure your day is stress-free. I told them several times throughout the day that I have no idea how people pull off wedding days without coordinators. Except, I wouldn’t just call them coordinators…you can tell they genuinely care.

The staff at Berry Acres went above and beyond what I ever imagined. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and never made me feel like I was bothering them with the many questions I always seemed to have. They also provided us with a packet to fill out which was very helpful because it included many details that Justin and I never would have even thought about and definitely would have missed if we didn’t have that.

My husband and I had two special requests. To be able to have a last dance with just the two of us in the room and to sit on the bed of good ol’ “Butch” while we watched our firework display. Butch was being repaired HOURS away from the venue but Alan made sure to rush the repairs and have the truck back to Berry Acres just so he could accommodate our request. Our wedding had 277 guests. Angela made sure the entire venue was cleared out after the reception so Justin and I could have our final dance which ended up being one of my favorite moments of the entire day.

The food is amazing! *shout out to BK* Many guests commented on the food taste and quality.

The dancefloor was a huge hit! It really adds a cool, unique feel to the room. Everybody had so much fun.

The FIREWORKS! Oh my word…we received an abundance of comments on how great the firework show was. They were professional quality, and the show lasted a LONG time. I’m convinced Alan is some sort of pyro wizard.

Angela and Jazmyn made sure our ceremony started on time (and even held back those who were running a little behind so they did not disturb others) and the rest of the day stayed on schedule as well. We had several guests comment on how smoothly the day went. Everything flowed so well.

Our florist, Hope (Lavender & Lace Floral and Home Decor) who is also located in Odessa worked directly with Berry Acres. The flowers were STUNNING. We were able to meet with Hope a couple of times prior to the wedding but she was also in contact with Berry Acres the whole time which was very helpful.

They allowed us to store pre-ceremony food in their coolers for the wedding party to have while getting ready (and even delivered it to our rooms), drop off a car load of decorations and desserts the day before (only because there was no event scheduled the day before) assisted with our dessert table, fixed the bustle on my dress mid-reception, personally served my husband and I’s drinks, stashed my veil after the ceremony, drove us around the grounds to take sunset photos, took my bouquet when I didn’t need it and then they would magically appear with it when I didn’t even realize I was going to need it…pretty much all of the tiniest details you didn’t know you would need help with. I’m sure there is a laundry lists of things I’m missing because I could rave about this venue and staff all day. When I tell you they are miracle workers, I mean it! Our day was truly stress free because of them and their excellent organization. If you are on the fence or are considering Berry Acres for your big day, DO IT! You will not be disappointed. I’m trying to think of excuses to have an event just so we can use them again! Lol

Berry Acres is Gorgeous! We are so overjoyed to have had our wedding here! Angela, Jazmyn, and Alan are amazing and along with all of their staff they made our day PERFECT! They are very detailed oriented, are willing to help and answer questions anytime, are very easy to communicate with, and do an excellent job of making your dreams come true! We wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to get married! From the ceremony, to the scenery, to the food, the DJ, the first dance cloud, to the sparklers, fireworks, and clean up Berry Acres was spot on perfect! Would highly recommend this venue! I can't rave more about Berry Acres!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and of course I love the amazing dance floor. The staff was so helpful throughout my wedding planning. Every time I had a question, they always responded quickly and always were down to go over anything with me. The day of my wedding I had no stress because I knew the whole staff had everything covered. Everything went so smoothly and they ran the whole day so organized. I never was aware if there were any bumps in the road. They always made sure things were covered and that I was having a great time. I had the most incredible wedding and it is all thanks to the berry acres family!!!

Angela Allan Jasmine Emma and the rest of the berry acres crew were nothing short of amazing. Our wedding day was so magical and so smooth they made sure we got everything we wanted done at just the right timing as well. We will forever have a special place in our heart for them.

There is nothing I would change about our special day at Berry Acres. From start to finish Angela, Alan & Jazmyn were outstanding. I emailed A LOT of questions during my last couple months before our big day and always received a response if not within the hour, by the end of the day. Their customer service is second to none. Their open houses are helpful and you feel like a celebrity every time you come. They help you plan what you picture your day to be and execute. You get top notch service and can tell they have been in the industry for sometime. They know what they're doing & helped me with the details I would've never thought about. All the food & drinks were on point. I would recommend all of their food options. Don't let the price tag scare you away. It is very much worth it. With Berry Acres there is no need to hire a wedding planner as they nail down all the details for you. I particularly loved the fact they Berry Acres offers almost every service you need at a wedding (food, DJ, drinks). There is not many other things you have to figure out other than cake, photographer, florist and of course your attire. Berry Acres referred phenomenal vendors for these items you shop for. In addition, Berry Acres offers amazing extras like a smores bar (huge hit at the wedding), sparkler exit or photo-op, first dance fog, A LIGHT UP DANCE FLOOR, and fireworks!! How many weddings can you get fireworks at?! It was the cherry on top and the firework show lasted so much longer than we anticipated. Not to mention, these pictures are to die for.
After our wedding, all our family and friends told us this was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding. We are still getting compliments weeks later. I can't say enough good things about Berry Acres. They made my dream day come true and did it so gracefully. There wasn't any hiccups through the entire process nor on our big day. This was all during COVID-19 when everything was so uncertain and Berry Acres still managed to have everything in place for us. This was as stress free as a wedding can get. I could ramble on for days about how perfect this venue is, but I think you get the point by now. Berry Acres is absolutely wonderful and I would choose them every time if there was a rewind button. You won't be disappointed!

This is one of my absolute favorite venues to photograph! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous making it impossible to take a bad picture here! I'm so happy to have had the honor to photograph multiple weddings at Berry Acres and I will always recommend them as a top choice for all my couples still in search for the perfect venue! Also, be sure to add dancing on a cloud and fireworks to your package! SO many incredible add ons!

First off, book this venue!! The staff at Beery Acres from the beginning went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are easy to work with even when you ask for things last minute. My son and daughter-in-law were very lucky to have been able to have there wedding with Berry Acres! Now what are you waiting for! Book this venue.

What a stunning venue! The staff here are so friendly and professional, not to mention their property is absolutely gorgeous. This is the perfect place for any couples looking for a rustic chic wedding!

Where do I even begin?! From the moment I stepped into Berry Acres I knew it was meant to be. Not only is the venue gorgeous and full of little hidden details that make it extraordinary, - Angela, Alan, and Jazmyn make you feel like part of the family. There is a bridal and grooms suite that is plenty big enough for your wedding party. The food options are plentiful, and you can’t go wrong with any of the options because they are all so delicious! Angela, Alan, and Jazmyn made my wedding day STRESS FREE… yes I said it STRESS FREE! My family was able to enjoy everything, and the Berry Acres crew went out of their way to make our day extremely special. You cannot go wrong with this venue! They also offer DJ services, photobooth, and a limo service all of which we enjoyed at our wedding. I had so many family members come and compliment me on my choice of venue because of how nice the staff was and how organized they were in keeping everything moving smoothly. I cannot thank Angela and Alan enough for their time and help with making our wedding special. Dylan and I are so happy to be part of the Berry Acres Family!

We got married September 12 and it was the absolute perfect wedding, thanks to Berry Acres. Angela and Jazmyn are amazing and so helpful during the whole planning process (especially since we had to worry about possible changes due to COVID). The venue is beautiful, food is delicious, dance floor is amazing, and all the staff are wonderful!! Highly recommend!!!

This venue is by far the best place to have a wedding! Not only is this venue beautiful, inside and out, but the staff here is incredible. Angela and Abigail were quick to answer all questions day and night and helped to keep us on track through the whole process. Emma was there with us every step of the way for anything we needed day of the wedding, helping with pictures, bringing us waters during photos, even helping make a makeshift garter because I forgot mine! We had not a single issue on our wedding day due to the help of this wonderful team of people! The food is also amazing, we loved that they do tastings beforehand and give a good variety of options for you to choose from!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The Berry Acres staff far exceeded any expectation I ever had for my dream day. They are professional, knowledgeable, organized, and my goodness, you could not find nicer people if you tried. Alan, Angie, Jazmyn and the rest of the Berry Acres team know how to prepare for and host a seamless wedding weekend.
To further speak to the patience and care we were shown by this team, we were a COVID couple who had not one, not two, but three different wedding dates when everything was said and done. They bore the disappointment of date changes with us, and then when the celebration came, they were some of our biggest cheerleaders. The Berry Acres crew became family through the 2+ years they worked with us.
When our weekend arrived, there were a few specific things I noticed that make this team top of the line:
- Angie and Jazmyn always seemed to be RIGHT where you needed them to be, whether it was helping with set-up, filling mimosas, calming my mother, or any of the other million tasks I put on their plate for the day
- Angie is SO engaging with the wedding crowd, and works seamlessly with the DJ'ing to make announcements between songs so guests were never confused when to get food, when to go to the dance floor, what event was occurring next, etc.
- The Bar and Kitchen staff - if you didn't pay attention to them, you would have never known they were there. Plates were cleared timely, people were never waiting for drinks at the bar, and everyone had smiles on their faces and were pleasant to our guests.
- Alan, Angie and Jazmyn know the grounds well, and are so willing to offer picture advice of where certain wedding day events photograph best. I thought I knew where I wanted my first looks with my dad and groom to be, but Angie had even better ideas, and I can't begin to express how thankful I am that she spoke up, because I have pictures that I absolutely adore.
- ALAN AND HIS FIREWORK SHOW!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough. He blew everyone's minds, and we had so many guests tell us it was the coolest fireworks display they've ever seen. Worth every single penny of the investment!

The list of ways they helped bring our could go on and on, and if I was to do it all again, I can't imagine picking anywhere else other than Berry Acres to get married. They are simply the best!
