Papa Johns Pizza

Great tasting pizza. Service was somewhat brusque, but efficient, for pickup. I'm glad we have a Papa John's in town again.

Finally open and Papa John would be proud. I was order number 4 on their first day and they nailed it. Parking was crowded for a pick up but otherwise fast, friendly and most of all it was as tasty as I expect from locations open longer. So, no concerns being an early customer for this location. Welcome to the neighborhood Papa John!

Used to get Papa John's with my family as a kid, happy to see one back in town. We got a pepperoni and sausage pizza, it was delicious. My dad used to make us eat the peppers, so seeing the pepper in the box was a funny memory.

Ordered take out. Staff was very friendly. Pizzas were ready so fast and were delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

I am usually not the one to write a negative review but I thought this was worth sharing.

I ordered my pizza online one hour in advance for 7pm. I pulled into the parking lot on time, but noticed a long line inside and decided to wait in my car since the lobby was rather small. After 10 minutes I went inside.

There were 4 other people waiting around when I entered. There was a crew of about 5 people and all of them working on different tasks/walking around. I waited at the front register for about 10 minutes without any employee making eye contact with me. While waiting, the phones proceeded to ring repeatedly with a staff member finally coming over and saying "please hold" to the person on the line. Finally I thought I was going to be helped but it was someone coming to take the order on the phone. The manager was "having issues hearing the customer" and supposedly got hung up on by the person on the phone. (I'm glad I didn't call in an order, I would have never been helped.) Eventually I was able to get helped and my pizza had been ready on the warmer the entire time I was there. If only there was a pickup space where customers could grab their pizza instead of wait for 20 minutes (just a thought)....

Pizza was good and greasy as usual. Decent for the price. Next time I'll be going elsewhere. Clearly they are not properly staffed for the amount of volume they are having to deal with and need some help. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience overall.

Got their pizza the first or second week it was open, and everything was fantastic. We then ordered again tonight, and clearly the corporate startup crew has left the building. Absolutely pathetic.

We ordered at 5:30, and it said the food would be ready by 6-6:10. I showed up at 6:05 to a complete zoo. There were 15+ people standing in the lobby all very frustrated. The employees were cracking jokes and moving at the pace of a snail, they seemed to find it hilarious how swamped they were. The young lady making the crust and another young man were flirting loudly and giggling about the order or something they were working on, they had no haste whatsoever. The “manager” was walking around acting like a hot shot but not actually working towards getting her employees working faster or better at all. In fact, as she walked to the register she shouted out a pizza to make and laughed as she did it.

When she finally asked me how she can help me, I told her I had an online order and she told me it would be another 30+ minutes. I immediately asked to cancel my order and left. She said she was sorry and that they “had two people walk out” - but if the 5 employees there actually tried to do their jobs well they could have easily handled the rush and gotten food to their customers. I tried to call when I got home so I could find out how to contact the owner, and they literally ignored the call and it went right to holding music. What a pathetic experience.

Pizza was done on time and everything was correct for our order. However, it was some of the worst pizza we have ever had. The large Alfredo pizza with the epic stuffed garlic crust had a horrible flavor. Super disappointing.

Sorry Shaq, this pizza just isnt good. Crust is literally paper thin, nothing to it. The garlic dipping sauce was half opened. I wasnt expecting much and never get chain pizza & this is why. Im not even mad, its just funny people think this is good pizza.

First was a 45 wait showed up 45min later was made to wait 20 more minutes and my order was ready sitting in the warmer the whole time.
