My elderly father and I flew from NY to Ft. Lauderdale expecting to connect with Silver Air to go to Bimini. We rushed from one terminal to another to find out the flight was canceled. Friends in Bimini got us in touch with Kenya and she scheduled us for a flight early the next day. We arrived, the staff was helpful and we were on our way. Flight was quick and painless and Kenya even had a cab meet us in Bimini. Silver who? Oh, the Silver flight the next day was delayed. Would have lost a half -day of fishing. I will be calling Kenya the next time I go to Bimini

When I first contacted Ed I balked at the price for a charter.. it was worth every penny. The flights were effortless and beautiful- a highlight of the trip instead of a hassle. Pilots were great. If you are flying to the out islands of the Bahamas this is the way to get there. Ed made everything easy…. we’ll be back next year

My family and I have been flying with Tropic Air since 2007. We use them for both travel and cargo shipping to Great Harbour Cay. In almost 20 years, we have never been disappointed. Ed Gorecki is a pleasure to work with! Their pilots and office staff will go the extra mile to make sure you are safe and well taken care of. A few years ago, when my children were small, we had forgotten to pack their baby bottles. Ed and his staff went out of their way to purchase and send baby bottles on the next flight over- no hesitations or headaches. Small acts like these are what keep us loyal to Tropic Air. Reasonably priced, always on time. This company has truly become like family to us. Thank you Tropic Air!

The pilots are extremely competent, dedicated and will take no unnecessary risks - all things we consider to be very important when choosing a charter company. Tropic Air have always been incredibly helpful when we have chartered, for example, we live in England and have needed to arrange for items to be delivered to Tropic Air before going on our flight - all is taken care of - Tropic Air go the extra mile - literally and figuratively. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Tropic Air - It’s a great company - the best we’ve found - no need to look anywhere else for your charter needs.

Always great service. We charter from TAC and also use shipping to Great Harbor Cay Bahamas. Ed is so helpful and friendly. He goes out of his way to accommodate our needs. The pilots are safe and on time.

Very responsive by e-mail to make reservations and leading up to the day of flight they communicated with us to confirm. Offered car transportation for us and when it was just a few minutes late and I called I got an immediate response.

The flights were easy to book, reasonably priced for a private charter in comparison to commercial flights, and the Tropic Air team was readily accessible for any questions. And, our pilot was wonderful!! I would absolutely fly with them again!

While visiting the Bahamas, we had a family member become ill. We needed a prescription filled and somehow get it to us. Tropic Air physically had a representative go to the pharmacy, pick up the medication and held a scheduled flight to be sure the meds got on that flight. That is above amazing service. Our family member got the needed medication and all due to Tropic Air and their amazing staff. Words will not express the gratitude for this wonderful company. I’ve chartered with Tropic pleasantly plenty in the past. But the most wonderful experience is when they sent over animal food and crates to help the clinic with our animal rescue. Many little hearts were saved.

What a great experience flying from Fort Lauderdale to Bimini, and back. The first pilots we had in the way over were outstanding, was an effortless experience from start to finish, on the way home we had the owner of the company fly us home from my buddies wedding in Bimini and aside from the plane being late an hour and a half for weather we had a great experience. 100 percent will use this service again
