I went there today NOT for sneakers 👟. I was looking for comfortable closed toe shoes that I can wear for work, so I am glad that I found 2 that I liked & in my size. I’m a Skechers Fan for years now & member . I do love the style that they have in sneakers 👟 The Staff members were helpful as well!

I was greeted with a smile from Melanie. She helped me find similar shoes I needed. She was helpful and friendly. Nicki greeted me with a smile also when ringing up my order. I love the people and environment. And my shoes!!!

It was a pleasure to walk into the sketchers store on Commercial Blvd, in Oakland Park, Florida, and be greeted by Nicki. What a different from the store I visit in Freeport New York yesterday. Nicki have the customer service skills and much more to offer like going around to all the other stores and train the staff how to approach customers and customers service. If She find the time for each and every customer that’s enter the store at any given time. She also was working with another young lady store they make a good team. I came in Saturday morning to buy shoes. The one young lady caught I had 2 different sizes. She helped me so much. Whoever the manager is, you’ve done a great job in selecting these two young ladies. If it were me, I’d give them a raise!

Good customer service. Walked in store found an associate quickly told her what we wanted, she actually took us right there and got the exact size walk up to pay and out the door. Happy

I went to buy a pair of shoes at Skechers recently. I wanted to replace the ones that I bought there three years ago as they needed to be replaced. Upon entering the door I was greeted by the most wonderful person. Her name is Nova. She proceeded to help me above and beyond with my needs and concerns. I even ended up purchasing a second pair for half price. Probably one of the better experiences I’ve had in retail situation in quite a long time. Thank you Nova, you are a star ⭐

Nice sketchers store. Located in a very busy shopping center. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the store. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Staff here are friendly, attentive and professional. The deep discounts -30% to 70% off are located in the back of the store.

Love this place. Best sneakers always get my sneaks here you get discounts and sneakers really comfortable. You get online specials been coming here for years. Great help there very friendly

I have to say that I'm very happy with my experience at this location. I had an issue with one of the products I purchased, and Nova was extremely helpful. She did an excellent job in helping me with a smile on her face. It's refreshing to receive good customer service. This place will have another returning customer thanks to Nova.

This has been one of the best experience I have had in a sketchers establishment ever Nickie was extremely helpful she went out of her way to make sure everyone got the service they deserved above and beyond. I really enjoy shopping at this Skechers location as the staff is extremely attentive. From the moment you enter the establishment, you are cordially greeted and offered assistance. I particularly appreciate the help that Nikki provides as she always recommends suitable products based on customers' needs. Year over year, I have referred friends and family to this location (even though there is another location closer to where we live).
