Whataburger

This is a busy Whataburger. And I just want to make sure I give them a good review. Wait time can sometimes be a little longer than I'd like. But they always get my order right. And the staff is never rude. I've been there and I've done that many years ago. I appreciate the staff here.

Stopped here about 1am. Ordered a bacon and cheese burger. Cashier said it would be a few mins cause they gotta cook it. I ain't got no problem with that! Only took them about 2 mins to cook it and burger was fresh and great! Over all very good.

Indoors and drive thru service and food is great here! I’m of course comparing this location to others around the San Antonio area

Like most Whataburgers, this was me is great! The lady that took our order was pleasant and patient and the staff that brought us ketchup and napkins and our food were just as nice and friendly. It’s a small location because it’s attached to the H‑E‑B gas station but it’s just as good as other locations.

Great place. Great food. Very kind employees. The cashier wished me a good day. The drinks there are really good, along with the burgers and fries. This hit the spot.

We have visited this whataburger several times and they have always had good service, with good food. They always get our order correctly and the staff is very nice and friendly. It's clean as well.

Small wait time but good food

The staff here are nice people. I can tell by the listless expressions and tired looks on the faces of the people in the back that they are probably dealing with dingbat customers all day but they stay strong and are always polite and cheerful and professional! I hope their manager pays them very well for their hard work! The food is good and they always offer me ketchup even if I don't have fries.

Good place for good cheese burgers and patty melt

There is a few people that have something against whataburger but the one here has never gave me any problems; the food is always hot; the wait is never too long and the staff is always friendly and if I ever did have a minor problem the managers would always fix it they are very helpful. The reward's system through the app is not bad either because if you have been once then you have probably been multiple times and they add up to free stuff like shakes and fries🍟which is great! Everytime we leave town on the way back we stop here because it is also right by a gas station and the restrooms are always clean which is also nice.

I wish we could rate the people that work here. But I wanted to write a review on the older gentleman working outside around lunch time today (3/26/20). Super sweet!! Especially at a hectic time. Lines were long, and he still made his way timely around each car to ask if they needed anything.

Great service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted even though they were extremely busy. Placed my order and when I sat down noticed it was wrong and didn't need to stand in line and they apologized and said they would bring it to my table. The workers there are nice as can be. Can't wait to go back!

Great food and great service

On my way back to Dallas, I decided to stop to eat here, today June 10th 2021 around 2:50 and to be honest whoever was working the drive thru did an amazing job. She was so amazing, honestly I was surprise. So after I got my food I decided to go inside and to be honest , place was clean including the restrooms, and of course everyone was nice.
You don’t find employees like that , specially around this time. (“Pandemic time”).

I adore this little Whataburger hidden within an HEB gas station. The staff has always greeted me with a friendly smile and seem eager to serve. My orders have always been promptly served and the dinning experience has been quite pleasant.

If you're looking for a quiet and clean place to have a quick bite while traveling, this is the place. I always stop in when traveling and haven't been disappointed yet!
