I was impressed with the nice change! I went through the drive-through, and there were three cars in front of me. However, the line moved so quickly and the young man at the window was very polite. He talked clearly, politely and he smiled, which is a big deal for me. He looked happy to be there, and customer service like that is important to me. I will definitely be coming back.

The best customer service experience I have ever had there. Food was hot and order was correct. We will drive from Somerset again to this location.

The $2 cheesy double beef burritos got me interested and they didnt disappoint. Actually far better than past T.B. experiences (other locations) and that was based on quality/quantity. This trip to the Lytle location redeemed Taco Bell.

I just ordered 2 crunchy tacos and they were the most beautifully stuffed fresh crispy shells ever that I've ever had from Taco Bell. My order was very accurate everything that I requested was in the bag, the lunch Crew working today had it together!

I was helped at the drive thru window by PAM. She was friendly and accommodating, which was amazing. I needed a good meal and she and the kitchen server took excellent care of me. Kitchen looks super clean too! Thank you!

Went in to buy a burrito and the employees were very nice. I was a quarter short and they gave me the food anyway. Very nice morning crew. Thanks.

Great food and wonderful service

When I went this place was CLEANED!! Along with the bathrooms!!! The staff so friendly & helpful ... I was not RUSHED or made to feel like they are doing me a favor. Wish they would bring back the BELL BURGER or their version of "ENCHILADA" miss those at times

There New Box has 2 Crispy Tacos n a Quesadia That's the tortilla is Raw on inside I always ask for extra grilled tortilla inside n out n never get what I want they say yes but they never do it they sell Raw tortillas there beans taste awful they put extra beans on everything so they dont have to give you meat ,Nachos have very little Meat more corn tortillas n beans than meat .Awful they also have the CINNIBONS taste like Plastic YUK ! Please let them know all they do is take your money .

This Taco Bell in Lytle gets out order correct. We've been to others and they constantly get things wrong. So kudos to this one for getting everything correct and with a smile!

Food was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am handicap and staff carried my food to my table and really took good care to ensure l had everything l needed.
