Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens always has my prescriptions ready quickly. I can see the Dr. And get new prescriptions within a few hours. I can check the status of prescriptions on the app and order refills from the app as well. I can see my husband's and dog's prescription statuses as well. I don't live in town so I always check to make sure my prescriptions are ready before I go to get them. They offer a prescription savings plan for my dog and it has significantly reduced my copays for her prescriptions and pays for itself. Since switching to this pharmacy last year I've had a much better experience than with other pharmacies.

The staff is so friendly and they're always so helpful.

The pharmacy takes quite a while, but the rest of the convenience store is easy to get in and out of quickly. Wide selection of various items.

Walgreens is expensive but I wouldn't choose anyone else to get my meds

Rude, degrading, and disrespectful staff that seems to take joy in medications not being covered by insurance and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who values their health or privacy.

I had a surgical procedure on my back this afternoon and my Doc called me in a pain RX. At first I didn't want it because my Insurance wouldn't cover the cost. In my world, it was costly. They were going to contact my Doc the next morning to have her order something my Insurance would cover. Several hours after the procedure, I called them and very plainly
Discussed with them that I had decided that I would cover the cost... To go ahead and fill that RX and I was sending my daughter to pick it up. She has authorization and picks up my RX's often. My daughter waited for 45 minutesof her very valuable time and they ended up telling her that they haven't heard from my Doc yet about a different RX!!! Does that make any sense? No! So here I am in bed suffering because they are INEPT AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK TOGETHER AND COMMUNICATE.

This is no longer a 24 hr PHARMACY and they sent me to the CVS next door.

Berated by fill in pharmacist for a mistake made by the doctor

Don’t even bother. Pick any other pharmacy. My doctor ordered a prescription for pain relief and inflammation in my leg 3 DAYS AGO and it still was not ready. The tech I spoke with said that it “must have gotten lost” WOW! how does that happen? How do you LOSE a prescription order? After years of using Walgreens and being disappointed by the service time and time again, I am FINALLY deciding to take my business elsewhere.
