It's absolutely worth the stop!! The service was good, the food was even better! Hand made burger thick big and oh boy was it tasty. If ypur in peckerwood for anything it is well worth tje stop. Disregard the appearance as everything there looks dirty and nasty with trash everywhere, but they did legalize all drugs in the state. But the food was amazing. You will notice, though not many people working there or anywhere for that matter.

Stopped by on the way home from white pass, tried their Jalapeño Burger w/fries. It was perfect. Cozy little place for a bite to eat. Must visit if you're in the area. 👌 👍 🍔

The Rainier is one of the best burgers I've had in Washington state! This lowkey place is incredible (tons of meat, fair prices, delicious fries) and has become a ski tradition stop on our way back from Whitepass. My only complaint is the small parking lot fills up quick and it's unclear if the nearby gas station is ok with customers parking there.

I love Packwood and every time we come through on adventures we stop and eat at local restaurants. This was our first time eating here. The staff, who I believe were a family owned business, were very friendly and the service was great. The kids had cheese burgers and I got the elk burger. It seemed appropriate considering the location and I hadn’t had elk in a couple years. You won’t be disappointed if you order it. Absolutely delicious. Went great with my first ever Rainier beer, which also seemed appropriate to order. My daughter devoured her burger and exclaimed it was awesome. Cute decor. Love the Sasquatch theme. Prices are higher in the mountains but the atmosphere is so totally worth it.

Awesome burger. We showed up 15 minutes before closing (6:45 pm) and asked if we could still order something. They actually were very pleasant and willing to make a couple of burgers for us. Onto the important part. The burgers were fabulous. Perfectly cooked (medium), large hand pressed patties with fresh toppings and soft fresh buns. We tried the classic cheese burger and the bacon blue cheese burger. Both ordered with fries. Fries were served hot and cooked well also. Fry sauce available too. Clean and friendly, I will gladly stop by again the next time we roll through Packwood.

A good burger joint needs good burgers, good fries, some beverages, nice service, and a decent price. The Cliff Droppers checks all the boxes! The burgers are really good (we didn’t choose anything too fancy but the basic: the cheeseburger, and the blue cheese one were excellent! The service is nice and patient, the fries are very good, and the beers are cold! The place is basic but super clean. The price are super-reasonable for the area but also for the whole US: I hadn’t seen a handmade burger below the $15 threshold in a loong time! It’s on the side of the road but it has inside sitting and a nice porch shielded by a fence and plants.

Great burger...like...really great! I am a self-proclaimed burger expert and it was 1000% worth the drive out there. The fries are likewise delicious and their drink options are great. Do it! Make the drive!

I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so. We come here anytime we're returning from a day at White Pass. Sometimes when coming home from eastern Washington, we'll skip I-90 and take the detour through Packwood just to stop by. Easily the best roadside burger joint in the state, and a "do not miss" if you're on Highway 12. Food is consistently good and freshly made to order, and the service never disappoints. LOVE Cliff Droppers!!!

I've always wanted to check out Cliff Droppers any time I'm in Packwood. Finally, the time has come, and it was worth the wait. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The staff are friendly and willing to help you with questions about the menu and are very welcoming.

The menu has a variety of different types of burgers. They even have an elk burger! I ended up getting the Tatoosh burger, which was just enough burger to enjoy. Every bite taken was mouth-watering. My favorite part was the tater tots. Cliff Droppers has by far one of the better burgers and tater tots I've had. This restaurant is going in my top 10 places for burgers!

Little Foot was delicious and filling. Got a Vegetarian Take n Bake to go. It was packed full of veggies and cheese and was very tasty.

This is not the best burger in town. This is the best burger in the State - quite possibly the country. No exaggeration.

This place understands that a simple burger done right is unbeatable. Sure there are many options but the ingredients are so exceptionally finished that sauces and add ons are really not needed. Worth the drive out there just to experience this.

Well worth the stop! Cute place in this tiny town with not much of a selection of places to stop and eat but one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I went all in with the double Diablo burger with egg and it was great! A very pleasant surprise! Family owned, super nice people, inside and outside seating. Glad we made this choice when we hit town.

We’re Pct hikers been on the road for 5 months eating all the burgers up the country, this may well be the best we’ve had in the whole of America. Staff were lovely too

Fast smash burger joint. Very nice menu for a small outfit. Quick and easy place to get your grease on.

911 burger was awesome size and flavor. Sits heavy as expected. Salmon burger was much lighter and a nice option for one of our members.
