McDonald's

Can't complain there is a manager there in the morning who is super awesome always giving me free iced coffees. I dunno why tho im not a senior citizen not complaining and I'm not broke I can afford a ice coffee either way the coffees are delicious and the morning crew on the weekdays rock.

Very well put together building the staff is friendly the food is better than the average mcdonald's they really do go the extra mile to make the experience better!

I hate to say it's McDonald's, but it is. Same ole menu and decor, but this place was clean, service great, and the food put together well. Regarding fast food, the construction of it could be a mess, cold, etc. Today, it wasn't. Thank you. Sad, but that's really the only reason I look forward to any fast food place. Back in the day, it was a treat going to McDonald's, etc. Now fast food seems to be a staple, and the menu is the same for 45 years. This rant pertains to all fast food. It has no inference to this location performance.

This location is Clean, Friendly & Managed well. I would recommend this location due to its Overall Good Job!
The Gentleman Manger brought our food to our table. Table service at this location is exceptional. The Manager is an Asset to McDonald's/this location. He was genuinely happy. He greeted us and spent a few moments thanking us for coming in. He stated he appreciated us. He checked back on us to see if we needed anything.

The restaurant was clean and updated. Our order was correct, and we enjoyed our visit. The only thing I found odd was that all employees were running the drivethru, so no one was greeting or taking orders. We used the touchscreen thingy and the number on our receipt was yelled out for us to come to the front and get our tray.

Rarely over crowded, this franchise has not changed over to the ordering machines. Yea! It is pretty clean, they get our order correct and employees are fairly friendly. This is a relatively newly-built franchise and it has a nicer atmosphere than some McDonalds. No complaints.

Well the first time I had crispy chic. Sandwich it was so good. Hot and good. So got one this week. Not as hot but still good. So this week ordered another one got into drive thru and ordered it. And always get it plain dont like stuff on it. Well drove away and wrong sandwich . Gave me one of the dollar ones lots of mayo and lettuce. Yuck. Got back in line told them wrong order and they gave me the right one. They were nice and I said I owe them more money and they told me it was ok. Other than waiting on line twice it was ok. This one wasnt as good as the other ones was warm but wasnt very tasteful. I think it was sitting around. It was dryer.

I have had great service at this location in cortlandville . Recently I was given the wrong coffee at the drive thru and did not realize until I got to work. I called the store and was going to ask if I could bring it back on my lunch. Before I could the lady I was speaking with knowing where I worked, said she would bring it to me. I am a licensed health care provider and cannot leave the office until another license arrives. Fantastic service. So grateful. Thank you.

The people working there seem to finally be getting my food order correct. It is fast and prompt. Very Nice! Plus cheaper than the Ithaca NY McDonald's on Triphammer Road. The McNuggets are less pricey in Cortland. 😸😸😸

Clean and efficient.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a diet. The drive thru double line was fast. Food was fresh, order correct. They even broke a bigger bill no issues. As far as McDonalds goes, this is a good location.

I am actually giving a five star rating to McDonald's, but it is a specific McDonald's. I have been to this McDonald's three different times over the course of two years. Each time I have wondered why I would ever go into a different one! Consistent service, hospitality, and dedication. They treat you like a guest, not a number or "the next customer". The Cortland, NY McDonald's is running their franchise right. If you need a special "kid day", go here. Even if it is a little further away. Kudos to the manager.

Good! Took a little while to get my food but that's expected of a 10 p.m. food run. Fresh batch of fries made just for me! Thanks!

Always quick n easy

From ordering to pick up at drive through was only a matter of minutes, during lunch hours. Food hot and neatly placed in bags, no spilled fries, which is very nice!

This might be the best McDonalds you ever go to. The food is a better quality then most others and the staff is very nice and quick. My friends and I will actually drive to this location, which is about 45 mins away, then go to the one in town. The drive is worth it.

Fast and friendly. Food was warm and fresh.

They served my drive through order very fast. Attendant was polite with a smile.

I gave this 5 stars only for the lady in drive through. She's the best. Super friendly and funny. Move her up to management.

Of course I love it worked there for 12 years always nice to me treated like a queen lol I'm old haha
