Had exactly what I need

They acknowledged the description and picture did not reflect what was sent me. I ordered weight plates WITH handles, plates came without handles. Still wouldn't refund me the shipping.
I then said to them, the honest thing to do is update your product pages, but then they wouldn't even promise me THAT.
Do not buy from here.
Why would Perform Better not perform a complete refund? It wasn't my fault they were mislabeled.

I ordered some slide booties (black) like shown on multiple slide board images on their website. When I called customer service even the original rep was confused about why the ones I ordered didn't fit over my feet. We finally found out that they were the wrong booties. She argued with me on how I shouldn't have been confused about which ones to order despite the fact that she was confused originally also. She finally put a supervisor on the phone. The supervisor did nothing to correct the issue except that she told me that I could return the booties and that I would have to pay for shipping. Terrible customer service. I will just order from amazon or another fitness company.
