I had a great experience with this shelter. I was able to visit and meet the lady who runs the facility. If you've even been involved in rescuing animals, you know how difficult and emotionally taxing it can be to rehab abused and neglected animals, so the screening process is designed to try to find an appropriate match through an adoption that ensures that the pet will have a loving home for the rest of its life. That process can seem offensive and invasive and you can say that about any shelter or rescue that requires an application and checks. If you can offer a loving home and have the resources and commitment to adopt, keep trying.

This place lucky she even got the one star because I had to put something. The lady that answers the phone is rude, disrespectful and try’s to throw it down your throat that you’re making a bad decision. Worst customer service I have ever heard exactly why you listened to my friend dial tone. You are very rude and very disrespectful if you don’t like your job find another one. I have not ever dealt with anyone like this before in that nature. If a person says they can not afford and animal how dare you try to make them feel bad about it, and who the hell are you to tell someone anything different. You don’t know peoples situation and you should not ever do that ever to anyone.

Unfortunately I had a similar experience as others. We applied for a kitten who fit all our needs and were excited to get back a friendly response that seemed to put the negative reviews to shame. When I actually filled the application she made an assumption about my profession immediately and made a rather assumptive and negative comment on it without asking further questions or engaging in conversation. It was straight abrasive and indicated she believed I was poor.

I will be no longer continuing my search with her.

I emailed this place twice. No reply the first time. The 2nd time, my original question was ignored and I was told to fill out an application. So then I called. The woman I spoke with did answer my question, but was also pretty abrasive. She made an assumption right off the bat and started in on a tirade until I finally asked her why she was telling me all of that. So then I filled out the application and emailed it back, and haven't heard anything, not even whether or not the application was received. It's been a week now, and I guess I'll look elsewhere for a new kitty.

Poor and hostile attitude. I am for anyone that helps cats, but not at the expense of human decency.

Disgusting lady with a trashy mouth I wouldn’t advice anyone to contact this number! She’s disgusting with her words and will harass you and the minute you don’t respond she will leave you voicemails nd text messages that’ll make you sick.

I called to inquire about a possible adoption and no one answered the answering machine message alone is enough to make me feel bad for these animals. I will not be calling back.

I will be contacting the better business bureau about these people this is absolutely ridiculous they're supposed to be helping pets not hurting people
