Craving pancakes at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, found this on Google! Jackpot!!!!

From a minute, we walked in the door we felt greeted by friendly people! Excellent service and the food was even more amazing! Jessica was our server and had great suggestions and Her personality was hilarious. She has a dry personality, but it’s funny! Cracked us up, watching her and interacting with her. She was a fantastic server.!!! ❤

I had the veggie omelette and pecan pancakes… More food than I expected had to take half of it home

Hashbrowns, yummy and crispy!!

It was delicious, but the pancakes were the best! Truly fluffy light delicious flavored pancakes! I ordered the pecan pancakes and it crunched pecans on top with a frosting drizzle. They were outstanding.!!

The service was phenomenal. The lady who seated us was very nice and helpful. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, as well as the Midwest steak skillet with pancakes. The food was brought out relatively quickly. It's a great place to go for breakfast/lunch/brunch and we will definitely go again sometime. W restaraunt.

We stopped in for a meal with the whole family, and had a great time! Service was fast and kind, the menu was full of fun options, and the portions were MASSIVE!

Great food, it came out fast and it was hot and fresh. The fries & potatoes are cooked to perfection, nice and crispy and soft in the middle. The pancakes are light and fluffy, and so delicious. From now on, when I think about the perfect breakfast I'll think of Flips in Davenport!

Always great food and a great atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they work as a team to help each other out even when it's crazy busy. They have many locations and it's the same at all of them. Great owners and management to make this happen. The food is amazing all the time!!!

One of the best places to have breakfast in the Quad Cities. It was packed when we arrived but it didn't take them long to seat us. The food is tasty. We had eggs skillet, pancakes and crepes. The eggs skillet was the best. Every thing we ordered was amazing. The servers were quick, friendly and courteous. I loved this place.

Service was excellent. Menu is unique; not your typical breakfast fare. Food preparation is top shelf. Great place to take the family. If all you want is eggs bacon and toast, go to Denny's. If you want an experience, go to Flips.

Passing thru on I-80 & did a Google search for breakfast locations. This seemed interesting as the review mentioned fresh farm to table style food.
It's located in what looks like a newer development of commercial & retail businesses. Several restaurants, bars & shops as well as a huge Fitness Sports Complex nearby.
It's bright & airy inside. The Avacado bacon Omlette was delicious!!! Fresh fruit, not canned and the bread was thick & flavorful. The coffee...delicious too. I even managed to buy some coffee packets to take home. 😋

Phenomenal pancakes served with warm syrup. I ordered their Classic Breakfast (with taters, three stripes of crispy bacon, a pair of sunny side eggs) with my pancakes. My son ordered an omelet with his pancakes. I wish this allowed me to post pics. I want to call them and see if they could provide me their recipe.

A new contender for best breakfast/brunch in the Quad Cities. I consider them in the ranks of the greats along side the pancake houses. Fresh squeezed orange juice, awesome french toast, and delicious chicken tenders. We will absolutely be back to try more.

We had a great experience and the food and service was 5 Stars! Natalie was over the top with outstanding Service and Personality along with Sincere Professionism made most enjoyable!

Today was my first time trying Flips and it certainly will not be my last. I regret not coming here sooner. The strawberry banana and Nutella pancakes were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The wait staff were all friendly and attentive. The coffee was amazing. The burger my boyfriend got was the “had a crazy night” burger and it tasted very fresh. All the fruit was fresh. My sister got the Nashville French toast without the Buffalo sauce but it was still amazing. I’m sure the rest of the food on the menu is just as amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough. I’m glad we decided to give it a try.

We had lots of different meals as it is our first time here. And EVERYTHING is soooo good!! The place is decorated so cool! Love wallpaper in the girls bathroom. So fun to have such a classy place for breakfast! Nicly done!

I saw Flips Pancake House during a recent trip to the TBK Bank Sports Complex area. I've since searched "Pancake House" and been amazed at how many places have those particular words in their name (Pancakes are popular, I guess?). At any rate, I wanted a big breakfast this morning and since TBK is on my way to work, decided to stop by.

The interior of Flips is probably my favorite of the many new places I've been. It is at once both very simple and cohesive in its design and aesthetics. The ceiling is unfinished yet not industrial in appearance, composed of painted white wooden supports, various runs of conduit, and HVAC ductwork running throughout. The wall art is what really ties everything together - in one corner simple watercolors of blue flowers are on display, in another hexagonal shadow boxes openly display coffee mugs. Along another wall ceramic hexagonal tessellations of a yellow, blue, and white patterned tiles are present, but along the kitchen backsplash thin uniform chrystal shapes of blue and white are present, but not in any recognizable pattern. The further combination of suspended fluorescent light fixtures and small incandescent accent fixtures bring a variety to the lighting of the space. The whole of it is at once both welcoming and somewhat comforting.

For food, I opted for a Mexican skillet with wheat toast and scrambled eggs. No complaints about the food - the eggs were fluffy and buttery, the toast was sufficiently toasted (I requested it a bit more done) and the skillet was plenty spicy and savory, between the well seasoned potatoes, Chorizo, and white cheese. Perhaps the fresh jalapeno slices made it a bit too spicy, though this wasn't a problem - it was simple enough to pick most of them out and set them aside as needed. Definitely a dish I'd return to eat again.

The service was similarly great during my visit. I was seated quickly and had my order within minutes of arriving. While eating, the waitress refilled my beverage every time I started getting low and checked in frequently.

Definitely my favorite "pancake house" so far that I've visited in the Quad Cities area. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Flips!

Flips is one of the best places to get breakfast or lunch.
I had the Ranch Chicken & Bacon Sandwich with Mozzarella Cheese and a bowl of fruit. Both were wonderful. Will be definitely returning.

Great, friendly spot for meal after competing at TBK Bank Sports Complex. Food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. Don't sleep any dishes with fried chicken.

Awesome food, pricey for the area but worth it as a treat. Even on a busy weekend with a small wait to be seated we still managed to be in and out within an hour. Service is slow (taking orders and getting drinks) but food comes out fast once ordered.

Edited... 4/27. They need to review their seating practices. We were a party of 3 and we're next in line to be seated and they sat a larger party that came after us first because the booth fit more people than what we had. However only two people in that party were actually there at the time and after another 20 mins there was still only two people sitting in the booth while we still were waiting to be sat. They need to make it like Roadhouse and only sit complete parties. We could have been half way through our meal while they are just taking up a booth waiting.

Beautifully crafted entrees with plenty of options on the menu for you to choose from. They are obviously known for their pancakes, which are extremely fluffy and delicious, but also don’t forget to try their famous freshly-squeezed orange juice. It’s $5 for a glass, but it’s yummy! They offer brunch options as well. Sit at the bar for slightly faster service.

So good!! Cute ambience, good service, and incredible food! I got the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes with country potatoes, and my boyfriend got the southwest skillet. Both left us very satisfied!!
