IN A WORD "UNBEATALBE"! 2 years ago I checked out the website for Universal Factory Direct and thought "These prices are too good to be true!" I thought it had to be some kind of a "bait and switch". Boy was I wrong. THEY ARE FOR REAL. I got the nicest cabinets and got them for so much less than the big box store wanted to charge me for crappy cabinets. They came in all assembled and they told me it could be up to 3 weeks for delivery because it was during the pandemic but it only took 10 days and I had them all made to my specks. I got the color I wanted and the style I wanted for so much less than any of the places I got quotes from. Now it's 2 years later and I can say they are holding up really well and they still look great. I tell all my friends and now I am telling Google THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! EASY TO DEAL WITH, HELPFUL AF AND THE PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE. Every contractor, plumber or electrician that has been in my kitchen since has asked about them and said how nice they are without me even asking for their opinion. Yes, they are that good!!! Andy was my designer and he was so great.

Universal Factory Direct was an excellent experience for our kitchen project. They were very helpful in working with us on our specific kitchen needs to ensure the cabinets we wanted, we received and fit perfectly. Ryan helped me pick out the cabinets for my small basement bar and referred me to a great countertop supplier. They give you a quick 3D rendering; so, you have a good idea of what you’re getting. One of the cabinets arrived damaged, and they were quick to send a replacement. Overall I had a great experience with them! Totally recommend.

We had a great experience with Universal Factory Direct. Joe was very helpful with giving us design tips. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinets. Our contractor was very complimentary of the quality as well! We chose Shaker Grey for our color and couldn't be happier!

I worked with Ryan, he was great and patient with my multiple design idea changes. I shopped around to a few different places when deciding on cabinets. His quote and product dimensions worked out better for me. The product all arrived when Ryan said it would and they even let me pick up an extra toe kick from the warehouse.

Worked with Sean Connors who let us in the showroom just as they were about to close. He took the measurement details of the kitchen, showed us various options, made suggestions, and provided an initial cabinet layout. Because the space had nonstandard dimensions Sean worked with us to provide unique solutions over the phone and internet as we live over 150 miles away. He did an outstanding job. I can not say enough about his knowledge, problem solving, design ‘tricks’ to save money, and overall professionalism. Delivery went smoothly. The drivers were on time, careful, and courteous. I did a lot of research on the cabinets and cost as I’m a woodworker. They are better made and the best value you can get. We’ve had them almost 2 years now and I still smile when I look at them. If I ever need more cabinets this is the first place I would check out.

Joe White worked with us to ensure our kitchen was designed to our needs. Zero sales pressure, just a focus on what we wanted. The cabinets are rock solid, good quality product and my team had no problems with the installation. The price was inline with all expectations and our kitchen remodel was on time and within budget. Would I work with Joe again(?) Yes I would!!!

My wife went to Portsmouth and worked with Jenny on the design and cabinet selection. When the cabinets arrived I unboxed them and installed them over a 3 day period. We have a pantry, upper and lower cabinets, and an 8' long island set-up as well as refrigerator surround and cabinets over the fridge. I was very happy with the quality and finish of the cabinets. Customer service was also very good in that we had a trim piece with a minor coating issue which Jenny quickly addressed and had a replacement trim in our hands within a couple of days. The cabinets are very solid--no deformation when hanging or moving around. The slides, hinges, and drawers all work very well. We've had them for several months now and we are still very happy with them. Very good quality at a very reasonable price. I will definitely work with UFD again if I decide to do another reno.

Went to Joe White who designed my new kitchen. He had several ideas that we incorporated in the design that really put the new kitchen over the top. They have great customer service and he met the delivery date. Would recommend Joe to anyone wanting help in designing a kitchen.

Great experience working with Ryan. He made the design process easy and responded quickly to all of our questions. He even personally delivered our cabinets when there was an issue with the original delivery date and we were on a very tight schedule. Would definitely recommend!

We have ordered cabinets several times from UFD. Joe has always been very efficient with plans, quotes and orders, helping to keep our projects on time. UFD is our only source for kitchen cabinets.

It's been a year since our kitchen was installed and I'm still loving it! Joe White did a wonderful job designing the space and we used his recommended installer, flooring company and counter top company. All the work was done in a timely and professional manner at a reasonable price and the quality of the materials is wonderful. I am very pleased with our kitchen and highly recommend Joe.

We did a kitchen remodel all virtual. They were very patient with redoing the design several times due to my measuring one wall incorrectly. The CAD drawings helped me see what it would look like when finished. The cabinets are a mid grade and the finish is perfect. I have already recommended them to several friends.

We were closing in on a house without a kitchen and needed to build it fast! But we needed it to be exactly what we wanted - the best it could be and no less. Joe enabled this every step of the way! The cabs themselves were so lovely. But he helped game out every last metric detail rapid fire with only our rudimentary sketches and measurements as canvas. Everyone who walks in here loves it!!
