I had to find a last minute driver for one of my clients and Great Bay came through for me! They were quick, efficient and booked my trip with ease. My client's flight was delayed a few times and the driver was so wonderful and guaranteed he would wait as long as needed and get her to her destination safely. Benjamin drove in bad weather conditions and was just outstanding. So grateful to have been referred to you and will keep you in mind for future needs!

For my best friend’s bachelorette party in Boston, we could not have gotten more lucky than to get matched up with Kirby for the night as our driver! Incredibly safe, a great attitude, and wonderfully easy to communicate with as we spent our evening in Boston. I cannot recommend enough for special events when you need to know they’ve got your back 100%!

We used Great Bay Limousine for our wedding reception to hotel transportation (as bride/groom). They were fantastic to work with: easy to book a car online, VERY responsive via email, shared all upcoming payment reminders on email and provided driver information 1-2 days ahead of our event.

Our crew had a fantastic time with Jeff on our bus from Great Bay Limo! The bus itself was comfortable and spacious. Jeff was polite, professional and an excellent driver - we felt safe and arrived at our destination in excellent time. We will definitely be looking to book our next girls night with GBL and will most definitely request Jeff as our driver! The bus and Jeff truly made our experience excellent - we couldn’t recommend GBL more!

Very friendly, helpful and professional. The best part was how they went out of their way to accommodate us when the airline surprised us last minute with a storm cancellation. Jeff really kicked it into gear while we scrambled to arrange for an earlier flight. He pulled a rabbit out of the hat and managed to get a limo to us an hour and a half later. Thanks to Dean for getting us to the airport in time for the new flight. Amazing service overall!

We had a wonderful experience with Great Bay Limo on a recent trip to Logan. Our driver was wonderful- arrived early both times and drove safely and smoothly. He also returned my son's stuffed animal directly to our house after my son left it in the car after a late night drop off. We will be recommending to all of our friends!

We booked the wedding trolley for our July wedding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for guest transportation. I knew we needed transportation to get the guests to the venue and then safely home at the end of the reception. I did not however realize, that when you book the trolley you get SO much more than that. The wedding trolley is adorable – white and cheery, lovely inside. They were extremely flexible creating a route to pick up guests. We did not have a room block, so our guests were scattered around town and the trolley picked up guests from wherever we asked. They stuck to our schedule, which got the ceremony started as planned. Greg was our driver and a true joy to work with. Once the ceremony was over, he took me, my husband, and the photographer to different spots to take pictures. He even offered one spot along the coast that he knew of, and that location turned out to be our absolute favorite. Not only did Greg safely drive us around, he also laid out a red carpet for us, poured us champagne, held my train and wholeheartedly celebrated us. Once the reception was underway, guests could request a trolley ride back at any point, which was very convenient. The last ride back at the end of the night will always be so memorable to us. We listened to music, sang, and chatted with our dearest friends. Thank you, thank you to Greg for being so incredible on our wedding day and April for all the work you did to coordinate prior to the wedding.

We used Great Bay Limo for our recent wedding day! We had moved the wedding once due to COVID, but every person we spoke to along the way was awesome! All of the staff were professional and easy to work with. I received multiple updates along the way and even I emailed/called to ask questions, they were on top of it! We’d highly recommend GBL for your wedding transportation! We had a small wedding of 35 people on a lake in NH that had no available parking, and had hit a wall trying to figure out how we’d transport all of our guests from their various rentals to our ceremony site, then our reception, then back to all of their different rentals. That’s where Great Bay saved the day! We rented two 14-passenger vans that allowed our guests to party all night long without having to worry about driving themselves afterwards (which was HUGE peace of mind for us). The drivers were punctual, kind, and so professional- not to mention very skilled at driving down the tiny dirt roads around the lake! April was so helpful in getting our wedding schedule organized and to the drivers. Thank you for keeping our wedding day on time and stress-free!

Bought a 3 hour package deal for after my wedding. The price was very reasonable. Setting up the service, Anise was very helpful in getting us what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable in their services and what would best suit us. On the day of the wedding our chauffeur arrived to the venue early and from the beginning was extremely helpful with making sure our experience was the best possible. We stopped along the way at a couple of stops for more wedding photos with our photographer. The chauffeur was an excellent assistant to our photographer in preparing and posturing us for our shots. My wife and I both agree the limo was one of the high points of the day. It was that good.

Overall the service was excellent, the limo was clean and spacious, and our chauffeur was an absolute professional and more than just a driver.

Incredible experience with Great Bay Limo. Booked a couple of weeks in advance, excellent customer service! Our chauffeur, Marc, was fun and accommodating! We rented a 14 passenger bus for a friends bachelorette in New Hampshire last weekend and Great Bay Limo was excellent. They were incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls, and they were very helpful in booking the right vehicle for us when our top choice wasn't available. Ray was our driver and he was 12/10. He was professional, on time, and he didn't mind the 6 hour sing along we had as we drove the Kancamagus. We HIGHLY recommend renting from Great Bay and be sure to ask for our new BFF Ray!
