Kevin (Griffin) has been our salesman for as long as I can remember. We recently used Flynn's to procure a new Xerox machine. We leased a new copier from Flynn's. I dealt with Brian Cantor through the entire transaction. Brian arranged for a smooth delivery of the new copier and the pickup of the old copier at the same time. He also spent a lot of time in our office, not only programming the new copier - but also helping us with internet access to make sure we were up and running. I order office supplies from Flynn's as well and could not be happier with their quick response and care they provide for their clients. Thanks again Brian - really nice job!! Flynn's is a great extension of the Xerox Corporation support, sales, and copy solutions they have it all covered. I Have dealt with them for several years and never let down. Flynn's go far and beyond to comply with their customer needs and to always exceed expectations. I highly recommend them they wont disappoint there standards of service come 2nd to none including Xerox Direct and I believe that is the highest standard when it come to the Xerox coping solutions.

I was very frustrated with the install process BUT Brian and Kevin are responsive and worked through the process
