Honestly so shocked by all bad reviews.
I loved the store, it’s absolutely adorable! Associate was amazing, welcoming, fun, we had a nice chat and I purchased the cutest earrings!
I believe majority of the items in the store are hand made or custom, so that’s where the prices coming from, which I believe are fair.
If you in Providence, you have to check this place out!

I shop for all my MacKenzie-Child’s treasures here and have been for years. My estimate : I’ve dealt with Todd and Stephen for at least 12- 15 items and have always been thrilled with their help. They answer the phone; they know the merchandise; they give their expert opinion—- if you ask. They are never pushy. In two words —- competent and kind. I would never shop anywhere else (I live in Maryland and mailing is fine) . I would never have filled two homes with this happy, unique decor if not for Found RI and Todd and Stephen.

An amazing cornucopia of beautiful objects collected together by the infinite stylish proprietor of the shop. Candles and felt toys vie for space with home furnishing and ceramics. We spent an enjoyable half hour browsing things we couldn’t possibly afford and came away with a few small things we could just about afford, beautifully and painstakingly gift-wrapped for us. It’s definitely worth a visit – as long as you understand that there is little chance of leaving empty handed.

I had a feeling I walked in someone's home! Such a good atmosphere, so nicely arranged. The guy was so kind and friendly.

I called and ordered a couple of Mackenzie Childs items late on Saturday and my package was shipped Monday. It arrived in plenty of time for my Easter luncheon!
I wish I was close enough to shop the store.

Absolutely my most favorite place to purchase MacKenzie Childs! The shop is 100% committed to customer service and will cheerfully order any item they don't have in stock for you. I highly recommend Found as your one stop shop for all of your MacKenzie Childs' purchases!

echo what the other reviews wrote here. the associate is rude and snappy sassy sarcasm. passive aggressive. unpleasant, unwelcoming. it’s also not an antique store the way it’s listed on google. everything sellable is new retail. and it’s not unique or valuable either. the checkered pattern pots and pans have been in countless influencer TikToks and Instagram reels (lol) with cheugy lifestyle and recipe content. i was looking for priceless pieces that can’t be found anywhere else and had no budget, was looking for a concept store or just a store that carries more memorable stock. this place wasn’t it. and it’s such valuable real estate in DownCity near the historically preserved exteriors and boutiques. like two stars for the potential that it hasn’t reached. seems like a waste of space of a shop in prov. oh well.

Shop was amazing ! Great to see the collection in person of McKenzie and Child mixed with Antiques. Huge problem the MANAGER! He was rude! Left the store without buying a thing. He Asked couple that went in with us. Where they were from. They said Boston. He asked which part? They answered. He said loudly “That’s Not Boston. Don’t say your from Boston when your Not” ….
Asked to use the restroom. He answered “ Not unless you’re buying something “. Rude once again. 5 min into entering. Husband left the store after that. There was a piece I was interested in. Had to leave behind.
I am a business owner. Live locally. You need a new face for your shop.

Tried to come in within the hours notated as open. Could not get in. We saw people inside. While I was online trying to confirm their hours, another person came and called the store. Someone, I’m assuming an employee, opened asked if we were shopping for a gift. We just wanted to look around for something that caught our eye. The other hopeful patron was a designer looking for things to buy and the employee just said “oh, you wouldn’t want to buy anything here” and just closed door. We left very confused and a little annoyed. What was that about?

I purchased the Courtly Check urns in November of 2021. I was told by the owner that these would NOT discolor or break/crack. It has not even been a year with two in my posession and they turned yellow - completely discolored. I called to share the feedback as they have only been outside for the last 3 months and the owner essentially said - oh well. I spent $900 on these urns!!!!!! This kind of discoloring should not occur after one year and only 3 months of exposure to the elements.

Will never purchase this brand again NOR will I ever do business with FOUND. The owner just defended himself and hung up.

Went here 1/28 Thursday around 1:30-2pm and there was a very intrusive associate asking me and my SO inappropriate questions about our relationship. Sarcastic and passive aggressive in addition to the weird questions. Won’t go back.
