NAPA Auto Parts

Sunday, July 9th 2023 Had an amazing experience today the store was very clean and organized the young woman and young man that helped me out today was is greatly appreciated not sure their names but we had a great conversation amazing experience RNS 💯🫡

I had been going to other auto parts stores and the service and help I got was horrible. Unless you got one certain person to help you. Anyway I started coming to Napa. I understand that somethings are not easy to get. But Napa has done very well. I will continue to use Napa.

Went inside store to get a few items needed for the vehicle. Like Lucas, car wash products, hand towels.
The person at the front desk was nice

Handled my major/minor parts issue with professional courtesy. Thanks ___ for the refund on the obscure Toyo parts. I forgot your name, but, that happens often bc of my condition. Have NAPA print you some cards and promote you.

Very courteous sales staff and they had my item waiting that I called about. Only store in town that had my item.

Employees had my part waiting for me when I got there ,had made enquiry about part and said I was on my way 15 min before closing
