Kimes is great! Whenever I need railroad track parts they are there to ship them quickly and without hassle. They also have better prices than my local track suppliers. Customer service is also very friendly.

Company was unable to provide a price or lead time on a simple product, and that after 1 month of wait.
When I called to ask for explications, customer was very rude.
Finally, after several minutes the representative admitted they are no longer able to supply the product.

I worked here for 8 years and it is not it. They think they are better than anyone and everyone, even the customers who pay them big money for their product. No respect at all.
