The entire team was phenomenal. After submitting an online inquiry, Bethany Cooke promptly reached out to me with a credit application. She put me in touch with Tom Sheppard, and within a couple of hours we were ready to make a deal. 24 hours (and a 12-hour drive) later Bill Maxwell was waiting with a smile to transport me from the rental agency to the dealership—where we arrived just minutes before closing time. Soon enough I had my keys in hand and was closing down the dealership with Tom and Bobby Nickels—a solid two hours after actual closing time. It was only then that I learned that tom had 3 young kids to get home to—and a wife who was 9 months pregnant with #4! Such commitment on his part—and Bobby as well—going above and beyond to make the sale!

My experience was awesome. All I had to do was show up sign the papers great deal on a truck my salesman Jesse Kimes needs a raise. He came in on his day off after he had an eye procedure to make sure that he got the deal that I needed done great asset, he needs a raise. This is our second vehicle we have bought from Mark Porter, we live two hours away, it’s worth the drive because Mark Porter always gives us an amazing deal.

Was traveling from northern Ohio to SC when my Yukon broke down. Stopped by to see if they could help, and everyone was fantastic. They squeezed us in, unfortunately was a major problem, but they got us a rental and a ride to a rental. The waiting area is really nice and just everyone in general even other people waiting were great. I would drive 3 hours south just to buy a vehicle from them. Very happy with how a bad situation turned out.

My experience with Tommy was great. I had two poor experiences in the past with a different sales rep. I was hesitant to do business with this dealership again. I am glad I returned. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, and Tommy was on top of everything. Time was an important factor for me. I feel like everything happened as quickly as possible. It is worth the drive from Parkersburg when you get connected to the right people. The finance rep was excellent as well. I finally feel as if I am an important customer. Thanks!

Great experience from our salesperson and finance person. I love my new car, it was cleaned and filled with gas for us but most of all, I really like the color of it and all of the safety features that my old car didn't have. It was a very reasonable price on a 2024 and I have been telling everyone to go to Mark Porter and ask for Amy Harrison, she will work with you to find what you want within your price range.

Should be 4.5 stars. Salesman was great, financing lady was great but the person in charge if trade ins does not understand how to transfer a title so I have to jump through hoops to do it the way he wants it done. Even after getting confirmation from both the Michigan Secretary of State and Ohio BMV that there is an easier faster way.

My husband and I drove 2.5 hours because the pricing seemed reasonable. Stayed and purchased a vehicle because of the people! Car buy experience was great. Everyone was personable and great to work with. And patient with us and made us feel welcomed. We looked at 3 vehicles and took our time. Appreciate the patience!

I had a recall on my 2004 Ford Ranger, to replace the drivers and passengers side airbags. The service was top notch. Friendly, quick service, and they went out of their way to make sure that me AND MY DACHSHUND DOG, were both comfortable and had things to occupy us both as we were waiting for them to do the recall work on my truck. And they were done with it much quicker than I thought it would take. Every single person that I spoke to, and/or dealt with in any way shape or form, was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and had honest answers to every question that I asked. I would definitely, 100%, for sure recommend their dealership to any, and everyone, for any and all your automotive needs. If the ratings were more than 5 stars, I'd give them the highest score possible, in everything that I experienced in my time at the dealership. I've got absolutely nothing at all PERIOD, to have any complaints about.

I am real happy with my experience. We looked at a truck and even got an offer on it. I needed to wait and run some numbers and there was no pressure put on me to sign the deal then. I had a couple questions that I called them on and they assisted me again without any pressure. When I called and accepted the deal and told them it would be a couple days to come in, they said no problem, they would mark it as sold and have it ready for me when I got there. Tom Sheppard and Drew Beman were great to work with.
