We had a very positive experience at this dealership with our sales person Kristi Felts. She offered the highest price on my trade in and we feel like we got a great deal on the GMC Sierra we purchased. She also offered us to test drive it overnight. We came back the next day and signed papers. She worked hard to get us the best interest rate and was able to get our payment exactly where we asked for it to be.

Was looking for a used truck looked all around Huntington and South point Ashland area. I just couldn't find what I was looking for so I drove up to the dealership. Told them my price range David cutingham worked his magic and showed me an 18 bighorn that was just traded in . Got me an amazing deal. I had a great experience with the service department! I brought my vehicle in for new tires and an oil change. The pricing was competitive and service was fast. The communication was wonderful - they called to let me know that my vehicle would be done in about 20 minutes to give me ample warning. They had it done exactly when they said it would be when I dropped it the day before. Clean facilities. Very professional!

They have an excellent online specialist. I found a vehicle and hopefully a visit to the dealership is in my future

My wife and I have had a few new vehicles over the years and we have to say that Mark Porter's dealership is different from what we've experienced in the past. There was a family atmosphere from the start (before they ever knew we were going to purchase a vehicle) not much haggling over price of the 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (because the price was already the lowest we could find anywhere on the internet) and they were very fair on their offer for our trade.
All the staff we met from the managers to the young lady that was constantly cleaning while we were at the dealership were very friendly and helpful.
And Thanks to Levi our sales associate and Royce the manager that worked with us to make this deal happen :-)

First off credit to Brandee Bolden who is a friend set us up with a first rate sales person in Tammy Barnes who made trading in our older vehicle on our new Dodge Ram 2500, she was upfront on everything and gave good explanation of the process to help us finish our purchase. Went to Mark Porter after finding a car online that I would like to drive. I showed up and started my experience with Amy. She was fantastic and accommodating throughout the whole process. We were able to fix some small things on the car I liked and boom! We made a deal. Brad in the finance department was great, and the overall experience was enjoyable.
