Sarah Behnke is the best person I’ve ever met at a Verizon store. She was patient, and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend her and her Sun Prarie store. I won’t go to anyone else now. 5 star service!!!

Zach was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made our upgrade stress free & fun! I highly recommend you ask for him specifically, he is very personable and a indispensable asset to this store. Give this man a raise!

First off, this place rocks! The staff here is amazing and they really know their stuff. There are no pushy sales tactics, just honest people looking to find you the very best deal in wireless. They have a great selection of Samsung products and cases and are very helpful with setup as well as troubleshooting. I highly recommend.

Today my Wife and I stopped in around 5pm to upgrade our phones. I had a trade in promo that I thought would work for both our lines on the plan. Turns out it was good for only one. Which was still great! What was amazing is the service we recieved from Zach (sorry if I spelled it wrong!). Zach was absolutely amazing! My wife and I have worked in customer service/sales for the better part of the last 15 years and he was a standout employee. He not only found a way to save us money by upgrading our plan and save on the 2nd line phone trade in, he also stayed over 30 minutes past close to finish up the device tranfers with us. On top of all this, Zach was highly knowledgeable throught every aspect of our transaction. We also found out he is the only employee at this location currently. What a ROCKSTAR!! Thank you Zach!

Went in to upgrade my phone, only one employee Taylor was working said he would be with me in a minute. Once he got done helping that one customer like 2-3 more came in, he was excellent, managed to help almost all of us. Even though one or two of the customers were snobby and some what patient. Taylor did and amazing job trying to juggle everything and trying make everyone happy. I know I got what I needed and he even stayed after the store closed to help wrap up myself and another customer. That man deserves some kind of recognition!

Taylor saved my day twice in a week!! Last Wednesday, my Sim card on my cell phone was not working, and he had my phone up and running for me in less than five minutes, and at no charge! Today I had to stop back in to the Verizon store because my phone fell into a swimming pool yesterday, and was not functioning. He helped me get a new phone, set it all up, and transfer information from my iPad to my new cell phone.
This location seems to be very busy, but he acknowledged each customer as they came in, let them know about how long it would be before he would get to them, and asked what their concern was today.

As soon as I walked in the store I was acknowledged and felt welcome.
I had to wait a short time while they worked with other customers but, I liked that they spent time answering questions. I knew that I wouldn't be rushed through a sale and I wasn't. One of the reps was working with a family who had some very involved issues with transferring a phone. When he had an opportunity, this rep asked if he could answer any questions I had. I didn't feel forgotten.

The people who work at this store make every customer feel they matter.
No question is dumb. I would not hesitate to come back.

We absolutely cannot say enough about the customer service we received from Vicky. She is knowledgeable, patient and personable. She even stayed 2 hours past closing to get everything straightened out with our new phones. Giving her 5 stars isn't enough!!

The associate who helped me was very kind and helpful. He made the process of getting a new phone very painless. He put on my new screen protector and it looks great. I have such a hard time getting the protectors on so this saved me a lot of stress. He made sure that he welcomed customers that came into the store as well. Great experience!!

I was having issues merging my old phone with my new one.Taylor gave me his time and expertise and made sure everything was the way it should be. He made sure to help other clients in-between helping me both over the phone and in person. He was personable, efficient, patient, and kind.

After the battery on my Pixel 3 died, Klaudio got me set up with a replacement and managed to transfer all my data to a new phone after a different sales person told me all data was lost and there was nothing he could do to help. Klaudio was great! I was very unhappy with the lack of help from the first salesman, but Klaudio provided EXCELLENT customer service!

Claidio was very helpful. He spent about three hours helping us transfer phones and figure everything out. He was also very kind and considerate. I recommend him for help!

We stopped in to see about deals to replace our phones. Taylor spent time with us and explained every detail, so we knew just what we were getting in to. When our phones came in, Logan got us all set up and went out of his way to get us up and going. We also watched him work with other customers while our phones were getting initialized, he was professional,, courteous and helpful to all of them. We will definitely use this Verizon store from now on.

We had a wonderful experience with Taylor in Feb, when he fixed a complicated mess my husband had with his phone. He was extremely patient & knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Had amazing customer service again today when we went to upgrade my phone.

I've been coming to this store for 5+ years now. In all that time I've not once had anything even close to a negative experience. On multiple occasions one of the staff stayed well past their closing hours to make sure that I was properly taken care of. The willingness to go out of their way to make sure their customers are helped to the best of their ability is something that most establishments are missing nowadays. This store has well earned my five stars. If I could make it higher I would.
