They are currently repairing our trolly in their shop and it's taking a long time, but I will try to be patient.

Poor communication from the dealer on an used Kubota tractor. I emailed on a Saturday and on Wednesday I called since no response was given. The salesperson said they were working on a deal on that tractor and that he hoped it would fall through as the trade wasn’t ideal. He then stated he would call me on Friday to inform me if the tractor sold or not. I also asked that another tractor would also be interested if that one sold and he said that one was available and he would get me information on both by Friday. At 4 pm on Friday I called and spoke to another salesperson and he said that the tractor sold and Bryan (who he assumed I spoke with) was busy. I then asked about the second tractor I was interested in and he also said that one sold on Monday. Both were still on the website and it’s obvious they don’t value communication with new and actively interested parties.
