Paradigm Shift Brewing

I came here with a friend and some her kids for dinner and some live music. The music was great, but possibly just a bit too loud. The food was very good. The service was kind. Atmosphere was simple and laid back. I would definitely come back.

What a gem! Visited here while in the area and what a great choice. They have been around for 5 years and the way they operate, they will be around for a long time. While we were there just for the beer, we observed a variety of plates coming out for the brunch, that looked delicious. Devin, our bartender, was fabulous. She knew her brews and made great recommendations. A novel concept....they mix different pours to concoct a whole new flavored beer. We were delighted with 3 different compounds that was pleasing to the palate and wondered why more breweries didn't do this. I am not a fan of stouts or porters, but Devin's recommendations have made me a convert. The brewster, Mike, was pleasant. Yes, definitely a must go when visiting the area and hankering for a good beer.

It look like a big house in a residential street but surprise! It's a really quiet brewery nestled in a residential neighborhood. A small sunny courtyard surrounds the entrance which leads to the bar with windows showing off the brewing equipment. A surprising selection of beers. Each one I had was well balanced in flavor. The bacon and blue cheese chips were a nice snack. Friendly service.

Fun, out of the way brewpub. Great flatbread and pretzels. Neighbor Girl beer is a favorite of my spouse. We came once before and planned it into our trip to visit the in-laws. We'll be back.

Amazing place! The beer options are plenty…something for everyone! It’s some of the best beer I’ve had. The food menu has a good selection of flatbreads, salads, sandwiches & wraps. The Buffalo Chicken wrap is a must-try! Loved the atmosphere & service of this brewery! There’s a reason the rating are so high, it’s worth the trip!

Beer recommendations: The Brenda is my favorite. It's light like a Mich Ultra sort of but of course has a unique craft twist to it. My husband LOVES the Island Juice! It's like summer in a glass. It is a staple of the summer beers locally, and it does not get enough attention. Amazing.

If you're looking for a great place to get a nice cold beer then this is a must stop. If you're anywhere near Massillon, passing through Massillon or just want to go to Massillon, stop here.

A vast selection of their own handcrafted brew. Most beer on tap can be canned and taken with you. You have options with pour sizes. They have pints, half pours and flight size samples. You can also buy a flight of different beers.

Are you hungry? Try the food. As a matter of fact, go there hungry. They smoke their own meats. Yep, they smoke their own meats. Off premises they also have a 2-acre farm where they grow their own fruits and vegetables that they use in the food that they serve. Locally sourced. Try the pulled pork. Daily, they usually have food specials.

The building next door was removed to make more parking space available. They are in the process of completing a patio remodel. More room, paved and lots of shade for those hot summer days.

Massillon is well-known for high school football, but it's also a craft beer mecca thanks to Paradigm Shift. I came to sample many of the beers, which were above average quality! The regulars are passionate about their town, and the service made you feel like you were at home. Lily was fantastic and knowledgeable about the beers! If you're into smoked beer, I highly recommend the Rauch and Roll! Finally, get some beers to go while you're at it. Three 32 oz cans will run you $30 - well worth it!

This place is great. Island juice, raunch n roll, and peanut butter goat roper is amazing. Highly recommend. But not the fish sandwich.

Fantastic selection of beers from Stout to Strawberry. Also the Spicy BBQ and Peaches Flatbread is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. You have to try this place and meet the friendly staff. I travel all over the country and I’m happy I found this place.

We loved our first trip here. The building is a spacious garage/warehouse, but felt really cozy. There were tons of people here from nearby and faraway and we ran into a few other brewers (Home and Pros alike) who were hanging out and drinking another pint or two. They don’t have food, but a couple tables had brought food in to enjoy. I’ll be back and I think I’ll see you there.

This is my favorite brewery out of anywhere I have been.The staff are very caring towards me in the year I have been going there.Always attentive and courteous.The food is delicious.No drunken idiots to deal with here..the patrons are well behaved.They always make my day better!

Went there and got a flight, a late lunch, and we each got a beer. The food and drinks were awesome and so was our waitress! She was very attentive and friendly. We fell in love with Island Juice! We will definitely be going back!!

Great small brewery that is located in Massillon. Wide selection of different styles of beer and fantastic popcorn. I will be returning here on my next visit to Massillon! It's a nice smaller brewery to open up someone to craft beer!

Such a friendly atmosphere with a good variety of craft beers. Food is super as well! There is always something going on here too, Sunday Funday is the best! Love this place

2nd time we have been here. Stopped in for lunch during the OSU GAME. Excellent customer service, great atmosphere and friendly staff! Will DEF be back!
