I use this post office all the time. The customer service people are so nice and helpful. I love that the self serve is available 24/7. I have only had 1 package damaged in the last 10 years.

I had dropped some letters in a box without stamps and everyone I talked to was so understanding and helpful and I was able to get it fixed. I know this job can be extremely thankless so I just wanted to say THANK YOU! 😊

Always helpful and polite. Had some packages not delivered because of sender and they always work things out with me. They do a great job and people who complain do so when they are under staffed md since they stay open until 6 people try to go last minite unprepared. Ive delt with many post offices and they are the best with great and helpful employees. Keep up the good work.

Came in to the Linden Rd post office for an issue I had with recovering a package. I made a mistake and sent an item to the wrong address in CA and was having a difficult time with USPS getting the package returned. The package was on the way back to me in MI and made it to a sorting facility in MI but then USPS sent the package back to CA. I was extremely frustrated when I entered the Post Office because of what has become a very time consuming problem. I waited in line for a short period before being directed by clerk to a separate window where I was greeted by a supervisor named Renae. I told her the issue I had with my package and asked to fill out a "Recall" form so I could get the package back. Renae had never had to do a Recall form and instead of giving me the run around she went in the back and returned with the form for me to fill out. I do a substantial amount of business with the USPS and occasionally like any other monster company I have had difficulty in the past with getting help resolving an issue. This case is the absolute exception! Customer service is not dead!!!!! :) Renae not only went out of her way to help me; she went above and beyond. She contacted a post office in CA to retrieve the package and ultimately return the item to me. Renae called me and left a voice mail to update me on the status of my return. Incredible Service! I inadvertently added unstamped cards into the PO outdoor mailbox. Everyone( window agent, manager, & MSU young lady) was so understanding and helped me retrieve my OOPS!
Can’t thank them enough!!

For the Hour's and location of this post office I've had a good experience, every time I've been in. yes there may be a long line at times but considering it's location and hours I wouldn't expect it any other way some day and times.

The information that they gave me regarding the post office was very helpful.

Most of the employees at this location are really nice and helpful. They have a good setup for covid-19 and offer fast and good service. Good location just up the street from Genesee Mall

Best post office around, although it is super busy around 2pm, so expect to wait in line.
