We visited during the McMinnville UFO Festival. This shop participated and had some cool Grey Alien and flying saucer shaped chocolates.

The store was easy to find and has the name painted right on the front windows. The store is clean and organized. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We had a really sweet time at the Vadnay Chocolate Cafe, literally! We tried some chocolate, the brownie, hot chocolate, and chai chocolate and all were amazing! The owner is really knowledgeable, and told us a lot about the chocolate making process: from where the cocoa beans coming from to what makes the chocolate so creamy silky.
We will definitely be back when we pass by McMinnville! Thank you!

This place absolutely deserves to be seen. The salted caramels are my absolute favorite thing they serve, they are perfect! I really hope this cute shop stands the test of time in a competitive market on 3rd street. The owner is a super chill dude who always wears a smile. I'm telling all my friends to come check it out.

Holy smokes! We had always wished we stopped by their previous location, boy are we sad we didn’t. Chocolate chai drink was incredible. Flourless brownie was out of this world. The salted caramels, the honey in the caramel takes them to a whole new level. My favorite of the day was the Durant EVOO dark chocolate. So rich and creamy. Don’t sleep on this place like we did. We will be back….soon!

I love this place. I've been coming here since it opened last fall and keep coming back. The owners are so friendly and kind, and the chocolate chai (hot 16oz with oatmilk or otherwise) is unbeatable. 10/10 recommend.

Vadnay Chocolate Company is a great addition to McMinnville! They did a complete remodel inside and it is such a cute place to hang out for a bit. The owner served me when I went in, and he was friendly and gave great service.

All of the chocolate things they offer are made in house from the cacao bean. The flourless brownies are by far my favorite thing that I've tried so far. Their ice cream sundae was pretty good too, thanks to their chocolate syrup. I appreciate that they also had other foods on their menu, like hot dogs and soft Bavarian pretzels. Always a good idea to give kids some sustenance before treats! Whatever you do, be sure to take home a bag of their fresh chocolate that they keep refrigerated right by their case.

Pro-tip: if there are no available spots out front, there are a couple behind the shop.

Charming little experience that feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Incredible drinks and treats! Fun learning how to make chocolate from a passionate owner. Definitely a gem!

Our family has been into Vadnay many times and always enjoy the experience. The pretzels are soft and delicious. The chocolate chais are very tasty. By far our favorite is the hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge is decadent without being cloyingly sweet, the ice cream is creamy and also not overwhelming sweet and they are topped with generous portions of whipped cream and chopped nuts. The owner is friendly and engaging. My son attended a chocolate making class last fall and had a great time. I hope Vadnay is around for long time; they are a great addition to McMinnville.

Hands down, some of the best chocolate I've ever had! They make their chocolate fresh from the cacao bean. I had their chocolate chai tea and it was amazing! I also had there pretzel bread hot dog and that was really really good. Overall I would rate them excellent. And their customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be going back and buying chocolate for my friends and family. If you're curious about this place I highly recommend you check it out. You're going to love it!

Wow! Chocolate Chai! Incredible. So much flavor, creamy, the chocolate is perfection. I can tell that it is made with care and detail in the recipe. A nice place to relax, too. My husband took a sip of mine and had to get one too.

The family shop atmosphere is very inviting. I have tried a few different things and have completely loved them all. The brownie is my absolute favorite and will keep me coming in. Trying to find a chewy brownie with the molten-like center is impossible around here. Reminds me of my childhood. DELICIOUS!!!! The hot chocolate is absolutely a treat in this colder weather and the owner is an awesome guy! Great addition to the community and I am happy they decided to open here in McMinnville!

My husband got me the dark chocolate and the salted caramel for Valentines so good. The quality of the chocolate is perfect and the caramel is the best we've ever had love it!!! yes the parking is tuff but go around the block a couple of times its worth it. Small business so I want them to succeed. Also great pretzels !!

Vadnay is still pretty new, having opened last autumn. As a dedicated chocolate lover, I visited that first week and had an iced chocolate chai, picking up some of their Cinderella chocolate for later. I don’t usually get too into flavored beverages, but that chai was excellent! Creamy, chocolatey, with a flavorful but not-too-strong spice. It is also available hot, and I need to try that rendition before the weather warms up too much!

The Cinderella chocolate is so named as it is untempered and must be kept refrigerated until ready to consume, then brought to room temperate before eating. Seems a little complicated, but it really isn’t, and is a special treat that you likely cannot source elsewhere. At first, they only had milk chocolate which, while theirs boasts a higher percentage of cacao than most others, isn’t really my favorite. I’ve since returned and had their dark milk and dark Cinderella chocolates - both are wonderful.

In addition to the treats above, they have chocolate bars, various confections like peanut butter cups and caramels, plus ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate, and soft pretzels. They had baked goods like brownies and cookies on my first visit, but I haven’t seen them recently, so not sure if they’ve done away with that. Their seasonal offerings change, but they had adorable bunnies for Easter. Lastly (and maybe coolest) they offer chocolate making classes!

Their space is charming with a rustic, old fashioned style. Sort of like a soda fountain shop, but with a little more warm wood. Their large windows emblazoned with “Vadnay” out front are just about the cutest. They have a couple tables inside for seating. Parking is limited to the street, and while Baker can be busy, I’ve never had a problem finding a spot. They are always super friendly and I am just so pleased that McMinnville has their own sweet chocolate shop!

Best hot fudge sundaes and hot coca! Love this place its cute & cozy inside just wish they'd be open more like they're old hours maybe just hard to find staffing. Definitely a gem in our little McMinnville 💖
