Such friendly customer service ..i was stranded recently by my girlfriend who took my car ,my phone my money and the girls were so nice to let me use their phone even offered me food and sweater because it was so cold . I can't believe how nice they were ...best Macdonalds ever

As good as McDonald's gets, but added bonus of being in the mountains

This was taken a couple of weeks ago, but the cashiers are always friendly.

Always a good fast crew at this McDonald's. Super friendly too.

Charlotte is the best, she is mindful of special orders, and extremely friendly. Honestly she goes the extra mile and I really think she deserves a management position.

Never in my life did I think I would be rating a McDonald's again, because I rarely eat fast food like this.

That being said, this McDonald's was a life saver during the blizzard. After the storm had passed, it was chaos in town and our grocery stop collapsed.

My husband and I were hungry and decided to get some good ole McDonald's after hiking to town. It has probably been close to a decade since I ate at one of their restaurants.

We ordered the chicken nuggets and fries. The taste was spot on. The service was great, and they were open to feed the community after the disaster we encountered.

Food came out quick and hot. No complaints. While I won't be eating here much for dietary reasons, if you like McDonald's and are traveling to Crestline, I would recommend.

We had a few normal moments during our recovery after the storm and this McDonald's gave us those mkments and great sense of nostalgia.

Morning staff is so friendly and helpful. Our order was pretty large and very specific. The crew quickly and accurately put our order together and promptly delivered it with a smile. Thank you for helping our family get off to a great start. And most of all the food was Delicious!

Our family comes here pretty regularly and have always had wonderful experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use the ap for deals and have to say that the savings are definitely worth using the ap. This store is always clean and our food always fresh and delicious. If I had to complain about anything at all, it would be their parking set up. It's a bit nightmarish during their rush, but people are usually very accommodating and patient with each other. Crestline is a delightful town.

Easy and convenient. Ordered a caramel frappe and got a 50% discount through the app.

The only McDonald's that doesn't make me sick to my stomach. Friendly staff and overall speed more than make up for limited offerings. Store is in a mountain community not downtown Los Angeles. Keep that in mind. Its peered for where it is. Thanks mickie-ds crestline crew!

Normally I write more negative reviews than positive unless I feel like someone really deserves it. This review is to thank the gentleman by the name of Brian always working the drive thru. See I have been coming to this McDonald's often since it is the area where I'm currently working. The reason why I'm here so often and I want to write this review is because Brian is always in a great mood it is contagious!! I can count a few times where something was going wrong with work that day and there was Brian at the drive through always happy and cheerfully positive. How could I stay mad I wish I had his energy to be happy always. He always wishes us a great day and the way he communicates with customers is different than allot of other McDonald's I have been to. I have been to others where the people are in such a horrible mood. But Brian is definitely something different. I will definitely be coming back here and thanks for the great energy you project Brian. I'm the gentleman that's always here with his girl and the two dogs in the car. We all appreciate your good mood!!! Today was a bit of a bad day at work but who cares!!! I need to be more like Brian I'll smile my happy butt back to the job site with a full stomach. I wish many blessings to you Brian.

So. I know its not good for me but I still want it at times kinda thing. Like some sin. It's still reliable food and the flavor is what your actually paying for. Not the nutrition. Even though there's some there I hear there's weird nano tech stuff from the totalitarian techno crats trickling into the meats. Potatoes look safe!!! You can get a really good coffee from here! And you can get it with NO SUGAR which is a modern day miracle. Would I feed this to my kids? No. Why not? Because it's important for kids food to have their moms love in it. Not their grandma's. Not their neighbors. Not their social workers. Their moms love in the food for the babies! Anyway, I still have the monthly craving of a big mac because that sauce is Magic! They definitely used sorcery to make that level of awesome in sauces lol

I'm not going to lie, after reading one review that was extremely negative where they didn't even get buns on their burger I really didn't want to order here, but the wife insisted.

My experience was just the opposite of the other reviewer.

There were two cars ahead of me, both places their orders and proceeded quickly.

The girl taking our order was polite and efficient, the only thing that gave me pause was when I placed the final item of a black coffee she hesitated and said just a minute...

Arriving at window 1 to pay she repeated the order and everything was accurate.... except no coffee.
Again, just a minute....

She had another lady help her amend the order and I paid, proceeded to the next window where the young man was very polite and the order was ready fast.

I'd go again.

A lot of people talk badly about this McDonald's but I always get great service. There's usually no errors or minimal errors with my order. They're quick and if you have a problem they take care of it. Thank you Crestline McDonald's staff!

Every time I'm in town I come to this McDonald's. They always get my food fast for me it's always correct I never have any problems with this McDonald's. The people are friendly. Must be something they put in that fresh water huh great job keep up the good work.
