Nike Palm Beach

Recently took my son to get some shoes. He knew what he wanted, basketball shoes. He’s at the age now where I’m letting him choose and get a feel for his own style. We were greeted like a 5 star resort at the door. Walked to the shoes and educated on the shoes options. He told the gentleman what he wanted. What service!!! I was super impressed. The shoe size was provided a nice young lady came out and walked us over to the couches. Chatted with us and and just like that we got my son some new shoes and socks. Five star service and the store is very nice!

This is a 21st century store! It surprises with sophisticated design and exhibition decisions. Very impressive!

Drive almost an hour out of my way. Show up at 7:59 pm on a Friday and they are closed. Says open until 9pm. Y’all need to get it together. Opening a brand new store and already starting off on a bad note Nike. I can only imagine this is going to start upsetting more people in the Gardens area especially.

Visited this location today, after seeing an item I liked, I wanted to ask for my size, after seeing how busy many employees were I noticed Ricky and a coworker chatting and figured I’d ask them.

Once I kindly went up to them they made it very obvious I was interrupting them, when I asked if they could possibly check on their scanner if they had my size, they did so and proceeded to simply say “no” as opposed to maybe offering ship to home or suggesting something else.

I thought I was thinking too much of it but when the company I was with brought it up I knew it wasn’t only me. We decided to go to a different location, Ricky and his fellow friend should prioritize customer service instead of having a deep conversation in the midst of a busy holiday working day.
