Jennifer and Lindsay were extremely helpful to me and my husband when we wanted to upgrade our phones. Their assistance and advice were invaluable. They spent a lot of time helping us figure out which plans and perks to choose, and they helped us get all our accounts straightened out. We will definitely come back in the future when we need support. Thank you, Ladies!!!

Lindsey was great, She got me all set up on a new device and gave me tips on new features in my phone. Great at handling multiple customers at one time, and even took care of a customer using her tools to communicate in another language.

Went to get a new phone since my old Straight Talk phone was not charging, and the sim card kept glitching out. Danielle made the process switching to Verizon simple, easy, and enjoyable. She went the extra mile to make sure I qualified for the promotional sale going on, and was very relatable and easy to talk to. I didn't need to ask many questions because she answered them before I asked. Would recommend anyone who needs a phone in OC go here first and get what they need. A+++

Working with Lindsey was the best experience at Verizon I ever had. From the warmest greeting, to the sweetest goodbye. My time in this downtown verizon location was immaculate to say the least. She is a very kind and gentle person, and not to mention hilarious. Ten out of ten would come back again. If you haven't worked with Lindsey, take the time to see her at this Verizon and you will not be disappointed.

Had an awesome experience with Victoria. She hooked me up. The easiest phone ordeal I’ve ever been through. And Lindsay S was the one who started it all. I came in a month ago and Lindsay sat with me for over an hour and educated me on all the phones. They both are such an asset to our community. If you need a phone go see my girls.

I went to get an upgrade for my iPhone and Jamar Hayward was wonderful in helping me understand . He has a great personality and he also has the knowledge of the product and how it benefits the person that he is working with. He has very good customer service skills and I can see that he loves and knows what he is doing. Very special guy. Keep up the great work Jamar, you are a gem. You will feel welcomed when you go in the store.

Jamar Hayward is invaluable asset to the Verizon team. He helped my mother switch plans from T-Mobile to Verizon and provided exceptional customer service skills. In addition, Jamar effectively worked with his team to satisfy another customer that was disgruntled with another employee. I would give that kid a promotion. Jamar should absolutely be Verizon’s model for customer service.

Had a great experience with Lindsey. Lindsey has great customer service skill which is rare these days. Lindsey understood the product I was purchasing and helped me understand the operation of the new product. Lindsey was also helpful with the set-up, saving me tons of time.

Jamar was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about all the devices! Learned about all the phones even considered switching to android instead of the iPhone. Highly recommend asking for Jamar when looking for not only great service but knowledge on what you are paying for!
