I called for an estimate to repair a leak in my roof. I knew my shingles were old but I could not commit to replacing the whole thing. I was told by other contractors that they would not consider a repair due to the age of the shingles. Lauren was very helpful, scheduled a time for inspection and estimate, very quick! Price was very reasonable and the next day, Steve and his assistant were on the roof! Did the repairs, cleaned up the debris and even blew the leaves off the walk (Thank you)!! A delightful experience! Everyone was kind, professional and very customer service oriented! I will be recommending Hershey Exteriors to my friends! A company who cares! Hershey did a hell of a job working with my insurance company to get the roof replacement covered due to wind damage. We have a large roof, three stories up, and they had the job finished in 1 day. They came highly recommended by a friend to me and I highly recommend them to you.

Andrew and Spencer were top notch. They came promptly at the agreed upon time and did everything in their power to keep me consistently informed where we were in the process. They oversaw the process from start to finish and worked with me closely to get me scheduled quickly and ensure satisfaction with the end result. Both my neighbor and I had our shingles replaced by them and are who I highly recommend. The work crew also was on site at the designated time and got the job completed the right way the first time. They also did everything possible to make sure they left my home and yard in the way it was when they arrived even going the extra step to take magnets and sweep the yard for potentially any random nails. We had a roof leak at one of our skylights on our flat roof system and upon calling Hershey they came out for an inspection and review, resulting in Hershey Exteriors replacing that roof and both skylights for us. During the replacement they inspected the gabled roof system and showed me potential issues long term with how the existing gabled shingled roof system was installed and how it was wearing and we replaced that roof system as well. During this time period my exterior windows were leaking and they responded with 3 new windows and replaced for us. Great job all around, professional, on time and great workmanship. Thank you!

Company replaced roof and gutters. Inspection and proposal was prompt and fair. Quality materials and workmanship. Their team was very efficient and professional. Only took about 3 hours from start to clean up and left yard as they had found it. Office was responsive and professional in answering questions and follow up. Guided us through the entire process. Due to a serious wind storm, we lost numerous shingles. After calling a number of Roofing specialists, we came upon the listing of Hershey Exteriors. Other companies had shared that due to the storm, it would be weeks before they could give an estimate because of the demand of requests. Hershey Exteriors responded immediately, had one of their associates come to estimate, and the next day had our roof repaired. The customer service they exhibited was outstanding, not to mention the fact the repair was done quickly, and professionally. No doubt they had numerous requests as well, yet they managed to place our request as important enough to come ASAP and scheduled our repairs in an expedient manner. Will I call them again should we have any storms that compromise our roof: ABSOLUTELY!

Tyler Hershey is the owner. In today’s contract and lawsuit happy business environment, it is a pleasure to work with someone who says what he means, means what he says, and honors his word with a handshake! We had a leak in the flat roof over our back porch shortly after purchasing our home. Tyler’s quote was not the lowest, and not the highest, but right in the middle, yet materials used were the same as the highest estimate. Work was performed when scheduled, and was well done and professional. I had to change dates of work and Tyler was accommodating and understanding. We were told by Tyler the entire roof didn’t have too much life left, but didn’t need immediate replacement. Almost 2 years later, leak noted in a bedroom ceiling. Again, Tyler’s quote was the middle of the range, but using the same materials as the highest quote. Again, done when promised and in a professional manner. During the reroof, gutters noted to be working properly, and gutter guard system obviously not keeping debris out. We were quoted a very reasonable price to remove existing guards and replace. This also was done as promised, and as I was called away, was done based on a handshake. The work crew was courteous and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend Hershey Exteriors.

Working with Andrew Maglione was a pleasure. Andrew carefully and thoroughly explained the issues, the options, the process and the products available. Everything went according to his plan, with no snags or delays.

The crew installing the roof, were extremely professional. Arrived on time, worked continually throughput the day and were neat. There was minimal cleanup for us, and they carefully inspected the driveway each night for nails.

The roofing crew showed up as scheduled and promptly went to work with the efficiency of army ants. Within 3 hours, the old roof was stripped, sheets of wood replaced, and the water barrier and underlayment were complete. By the end of the day the roof was complete. I am very pleased with the professionalism and courteous treatment from this company and I would highly recommend them to all. If I had one criticism it would be the slightly harsh treatment when dropping materials on the roof. Some of the thuds were house rattling and it broke loose a chandelier which I had to repair. Some things cannot be avoided with such a project and a small price to pay for the quality of the work they performed.

When a severe storm hit Ocean City, MD in early August, the siding on our home was ripped off by high winds, exposing the attic to the elements. We called several companies trying to get temporary repairs to prevent further damage. Tyler, at Hershey, was the first to respond. He is very professional, responsive, and friendly. He was great to work with. The crew that completed the final repairs was on time, professional, and did a great job -- including cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy with the work.

Great service and extremely responsive. Within one day they gave me a quote and repaired the damage to my roof caused by a wind storm. Since I was not in the area, the person that completed the repairs called me and sent me pictures before and after the repair. Will definitely use their services again if needed.

Steve and Charlie were amazing. Came by, fixed my wind damage, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and cleaned up after themselves.
