Tranquil Pines is a very nice place to stay for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation. It sits in an area with 2 nearby lakes. If you are a fishing kind of person, then this place is just what you are looking for. It is close enough to a store to buy your groceries yet away from town to give you that nice country feeling. It is so quiet here. I loved sitting on the porch with that first cup of coffee and just enjoying the sun rise. Leland & Janet Maddox were greats hosts. I had several questions about the area they were able to answer. I highly recommend this place and give it a 5 star.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Green Acres Offroad Park. They had plenty of room for trailer and some covered parking in case you need to work on a vehicle.
