Good employees and the system is improving. They need more employees installing folks to their much needed fiber cable. You may be waiting if that's what you are wanting. Still it is good to have in the area.

Sadie was very helpful, she got my phone working again. She could not update the phone's program because her internet was not working but will call me when it is back up.

Their customer service is atrocious, I'm 24 hours without service, they're technician can't get into my modem, no communication from them, it's like I don't exist. Just give up another modem, is it that hard??

I have been a Pine Cellular customer for about 10 years. I recently decided to cancel my accounts and switch to the new Starlink system.
I have had numerous problems with Pine service since the beginning. In addition, the service is often flaky and comes and goes. I upgraded to the fiber optic connections and was using two modems to cover my residence and farm. The monthly cost is $170. Pine Cellular tech support refused to help me set up some Ring cameras and doorbells because "they don't support 3rd party devices".
My new Starlink system only costs $100 per month and covers my entire property. For a small additional fee, I can even take the Starlink dish with me when I travel.
If you are looking for fast, reliable internet service there is now a superior product at lower cost available to you.

I have had service two times with them, both are nightmares. Once 10 years ago I had contract with smartphone, it had troubles so I brought in for repairs, they made me take top of the line loaner, I told them just give me a cheap loaner, they said no, so I had to take the loaner, so 3 Months go by still my phone is not repaired, on the forth month the screen on the loaner gets cracked, on the 4th month my phone comes back, I never saw my phone again I brought in the loaner informed them the screen cracked said I would pay to repair it, they said no you must buy it over $300 dollars and you cannot have your contract phone back until then.
The second time I had to put account in another name. So for the last 4 months they have added paper billing charge to my account, every month I have paid in person and told them I do not want paper billing, every month they kept charging me. On the 4th month I was getting upset with the customer service rep (the one I had spoke to the month before who promised she would take it off) well I raised my voice and another customer tried to take me outside and fight because I had raised my voice in the presence of a lady. I'm 62 I have kids their there age, she was not a "lady" she was a child that did not want to listen.
In any case this is a lousy company they only exist because they have protectionist laws that prevent anyone else in their market. So we have no choice but to endure their abuse of have no phone.
