Yummy sub sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients. "Mike's way" is good but the pepper relish is amazing. 😋 They have a California club sandwich not on the menu. It has bacon & avocado. Ask for it. The Rosemary bread is delicious also.

Ate here during a baseball tournament. Not a lot of seating area. It was crowded, but that was to expected. Staff was friendly and efficient. They got everyone served in a short time. Sandwiches were good. Had been a long time since my last visit to a Jersey Mike's. Will go back.

I have visited the Jersey Mike's in Melissa several times and have received impeccable service from every team member there. I feel they go above and beyond to make your subs the best they can. The associates there are always friendly. You rarely must wait for your order to be completed unless it’s a hot sub, which they prepare on the grill why you wait. All the ingredients are fresh as they prepare the vegetables daily and slice your meat as you watch. They have a variety of drinks and chips and some awesome cookies and brownies. DD

Awesome!! We took an entire team of 12 year old baseball players for lunch, and the managers and staff were AMAZING! It would be so easy to get stressed with a large crowd, but they had positive attitudes and were encouraging all the boys to do well during their next game. The restaurant was clean, all our orders were correct, and the service was phenomenal. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area!

The Manager and Staff at this Jersey Mike's location are absolutely wonderful! My wife was in the hospital and called in an order for me to pick up for her. When I got there, they expressed their concern for my wife and went above and beyond to ensure that I was valued. Great Staff! The sandwiches and cookies are always great!

I used the pick up option online and I had a wonderful experience with that. Everything was there neatly packaged with written labels, it was ready in fifteen min exactly the time that I was told to arrive for pick up, and and it was easy to access to pick up and grab near the front door. Before taking it they offered to double to check more order for me which I loved. Not to mention everything taste great! Will definitely be back.

I ordered my food online and picked it up. When I popped in, a girl told me she made the food and that it would be the best sandwich I ever had. It's not necessarily the best, but it was very good! Thanks for giving my sandwich special attention. It was wonderful!

The crew here is fantastic...always friendly and smiling! The restaurant is kept very clean and we get our sandwiches fast, even when they are super busy.

I made an online order to take to my daughter and her family…they just had their second child. Right after I placed the order, my daughter texted and asked me to come later because they had trouble getting the two year old down for a nap. One of the sandwiches had vinegar on it, so I knew it would get soggy. I called and the owner answered. Even though the order was already done, he agreed to remake it at a later date. He was so empathetic and kind. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store.

A great experience EVERY time rather it was a DoorDash order, catered order, or if I called in they have great customer service and the food is ALWAYS fresh I appreciate this because this is becoming a rare thing nowadays

Oh my God I love Jersey Mike's!!!!! I'm so happy and excited they are closer to me now instead of having to drive to Allen!!!! I've been eating there since I lived in NC so Welcome Jersey Mike's and my waistline might not be very happy but my mouth will be!!!!!

So happy this location opened. Been twice this past week. This is definitely the best place to get a sub. Always good, always fresh. Just opened so there is some trading going on so there might be some hiccups. But friendly people and great food!!! Check it out.

We’ve been looking forward to this location opening up, given the limited dining options in Melissa. Great quality subs, ingredients and the customer service was awesome. This will definitely become one of our regular spots.

Love this place! Great sandwiches and such a variety of meat/flavor combinations. They are Gluten-free aware and have options.
