They went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. They called and checked up on us. The beautiful picture they displayed then gave us of our mother was so unexpected but will be cherished forever. Carlos Lancom and all whom helped did an outstanding job. Thank yall so much.

Obviously, they need more than one review.
If you are planning your own funeral, they dont offer to let you leave them your social security or veterans benefits to lower your cost. If cancelling your contract, they have you sign a paper saying it must be cancelled in 3 days if you dont want to be penalized. After spending over $100 to send a telegram to meet that 3 days, the home office told me they dont enforce it. So you are out a bunch of money for the telegram. After speaking to the home office, they did not offer to reimburse me for the telegram even though I was following their instructions. Their paperwork is confusing and deceitful. Im glad I cancelled because who knows what else would have popped up after I died and no one was there to hold them to their contract.
Update..if you send them a telegram, be sure to check on it. They said they only received the cover. Turns out, the person "lost" the 2nd page that requested cancellation of my policy!
