BIGGBY COFFEE

Wow! This is an excellent Biggby! By far, it’s the best one in the area. The coffee is delicious, but what truly stands out to me is how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff are. They are so SO nice, and really seem to have the customer’s best interest in mind. Always a great experience here! Conveniently located almost in the parking lot of Meijer, too! Plus, the actual building is super cool looking. A+ all around.

Brand new drive-thru store right in the Meijer parking lot! Super convenient. This was my first time trying Biggby's, ordered a large Strawberry Chai smoothie for $8 and a small hot cocoa for my son for $5. Prices are a little high if you don't have a coupon. But the drinks I tried are really good.

I just cannot say enough great things about this place! Of course the coffee is great but the service, it's just phenomenal! I've posted before about how great they were with my daughter and I, well I recently went through and my card wasn't reading and the lady didn't even hesitate or slow down and just told me it was on her that time and let me go, every single time without fail their service impresses me! 💙

We have been to almost every Biggby Coffee in this entire state, which is a lot, plus all the surrounding states like Ohio and whatnot. We lobe their coffee and wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the hard work team, and thank you so much for the hot 🔥, fresh, and great tasting drinks every single time at every single location.

Love picking up my coffee in the morning. The morning staff is so friendly. I want to commend the manager on the great staff. They have even remember my dog’s name. He loves them too! No other restaurant makes me feel so welcome.

This is our go to coffee spot on our way up north!! The staff here is fantastic, the coffee drinks are consistent and yummy!! Worth fighting the traffic at this exit just for this place!!

Love this new addition to Birch Run! Very quaint little coffee stop! I love trying new coffee and I can 100% get behind Biggby Coffee! Menu isn't overwhelming and has simple options! Great customer service from staff whom are very friendly. Will definitely stop here again next time I'm in the area! Recommend you come check them out!

Nice little drive through only place. You will need to pay attention to the winding parking lot alleys ,for those not familiar, it can get a tad confusing. A nice menu selection very nice service and good coffee. It is a chain so that unique flavor isn't..well... that unique. But overall its very good.

We were passing through on our way back home to NC, and stopped for some coffee. The coffee, and service, we're awesome! The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stop again when we are back up that way!

Had wonderful service and was served with a smile, prices are normal as well as selection not much of a vibe as there is only a drive thru but still a wonderful place to get a drink.

This is one of the best Biggby’s I’ve ever been to. Our drinks were well made, fully blended, and delicious! The individuals working were friendly and efficient. Bravo!

Cashier was so patient with us as we tried to order just one regular coffee to go. Coffee was very good.

If you're following Google maps to get here it takes you to the wrong side of Meijer. They're on the other side by the Meijer gas station. The employees were super nice and my coffee tasted just like it should. 😊 Will be coming back!

All workers on all shifts on point! Always quick and friendly! Food and coffee always comes out fresh and good too!
