The food was hit and they bring it to your table. Nice clean establishment.

Food was good and hot but Tried to ask for ketchup but was ignored bye several employees. Waited 10 min with no help.

The food here is amazing and the atmosphere is peaceful, the environment is clean, and they have very hard workers

I arrived there on oct 4th 2022 for a late dinner 30 minutes before closing, and the staff were motivated and professional. I ordered a basket and a burger for us to eat in the restaurant. The place was very clean and organized. They delivered it fast and with good quality, it was better than the competition across the street. It was so tasty that I forgot to take pictures. We will definitely go there again. I recommend!

The food and frozen treats were prepared to perfection.

6 person HUGE order, prepared SO fast and they handled it SO well. Even saved me $10! It was so amazing. I'm not local, I was in a hurry and this experience, for feeding 4 kids from 6 to 13, and 2 adult women lunch AND blizzards and slushies was absolutely stellar and staff was SO friendly and absolutely happy to make our experience great. Kudos!!

Good ice cream and lots of flavors.

Great cones, shakes and Blizzards! Just past the entrance to the outlet mall on the left side. The restaurant was clean on my visit. Picnic tables were great to sit down and enjoy a treat on a sunny day with an umbrella to give shade

Out here from California and I have been trying all various fast food joints out here and was pleasantly surprised at how delish this DQ was, everything was hot and right on point. I'm originally from this part of Michigan. I've been really missing all the great food from here. Food here is way better!!😁

We had a wonderful hamburger and blizzard at Birch Run DQ coming back from northern Mi. Devin prepared our burgers to taste as it wasn’t as busy during these Covid times and it was as good as a burger could be Thanks to him and the other gracious employees !!

Wonderful place, great staff, management is phenomenal. Food tasted great, my blizzard was a little skimpy on the candy in my blizzard but other than that wonderful!

I had the Creamsicle Dip and daughter had the Cherry dip. We loved them! The woman who helped us was awesome! I wish I could you her name...

Just had the fish sandwich, it was very good and the fish was bigger than the bun .I also picked up an 8 " ice cream birthday cake and they were nice enough to write a name on it . It was Delicious 🎂

Well first off I love ice cream LOL. Then I love their ice cream cake and I always get a ice cream cake for my birthday even though I always have my birthday on the beach I leave it in a cooler all on its own LOL because I don't want it to start defrosting until I'm ready to eat it all and of course share a little just kidding hahaha

Always pleased when stopping into this Dairy Queen. The lobby is always clean and everyone is so friendly. The gentlemen at the counter was truly going above and beyond!

Food was great. It was hot and all tasted amazing. We first went to sonic which was over priced cold and old. But DQ made it right without even knowing we were just disappointed.

Had the Heath Caramel Brownie Blizzard. It was really good!
