Went with my friend looking for swim suits. Didnt see any up front. But jodi went to the back and found a bunch that she liked a lot. Everyone was so helpful that it made us want to spend money lol. Go here.

The two ladies working there tonight were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, but not pushy. They were great sales woman. Very genuine. True assets. I was looking for a top for a funeral the next day and they made great suggestions and looked for things i couldnt find. 7/28/22 6pm-ish. I'd hire both of them in a heartbeat.

I went here to get an outfit for my Grammys funeral. The service here was truly outstanding! They where very caring and helpful. They where very patient with me and showed me what looked appropriate. I always enjoy shopping at Torrid but I'd say this location is got to be my favorite. Will definitely be shopping here again!

For the first time in my life, I was able to go into a store and find clothes that made me feel comfortable and seen. I went to this torrid after going to the prom dress shop across the street and felt gutted that none of the cute dresses fit me. I was on the verge of tears walking in but ever lady in there made sure I felt seen. They told me where the dresses were at and let me know they had something for me somewhere. I didn’t get the name of the women who helped me, but she gave me the full experience of dress shopping for a dance!!! She brought me all the formal dresses, helped me find my perfect size, and put a huge smile on my face. We had a good conversation about clothes and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so good in my own skin! Thank you, birch run Torrid! You just made one teens snowcoming perfect ❤ I will never forget this amazing experience!

I absolutely love this Torrid and the girls who work there. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly when I come in there. Nicole Woods is my favorite! I work in the dental field, so customer service is huge to me. Nicole exceeds my expectations every single visit. It doesn’t matter what I have going on she finds a way to make sure I have the perfect outfit for the occasion. She’s very good at what she does. I have not seen an employee like her in a long time! I’ve been to multiple Torrid locations and Birch Run still tops them all; and it’s not due to the selection of clothes..... it’s because of the customer service Nicole provides. You need more employees like her. I can’t give her enough stars! Thanks again Nicole for always going above and beyond for me and treating me like family!

Very helpful. Found a beautiful dress (with pockets ladies! 😉) it was perfect for the wedding I was going to. Paid a little more than I was used to, but it was worth it. It was a great material, I'll wear it again... multifunctional! I'll def shop there again.

We were looking for a nice outfit for my wife and had spent a good 10 hours looking. Dealing with a lack of decent customer service and flat out rudeness along the way. When we were about done... we went in to Torrid in Birch Run. The ladies were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were able to accomplish our goal and we were smiling when we walked out. Melissa was such a sweetheart and a very helpful lady and I saved a lot of money. She worked with me with all of the items I had and she made my day with her spirit and her kindness! I m so thankful and so shocked that there such great people left in this world like her! I just loved her! And all of them are amazing in there!

Stopped in while in the area and have no complaints. Sarah is the employee who helped me and she was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! Store was clean and had some pretty cute merch. Will return again.

They follow you around store to much

Having just recently finished breast cancer treatment; I needed jeans and bras in a smaller size. Two different sales girls were very patient, more helpful and nicer than I've ever experienced!

I love this store! Unfortunately I'm currently in between sizes and can't find anything that fits properly but I've been buying my clothing here for years. I love this location but the fitting rooms are a bit smaller in comparison to two other locations I frequent.

I love Torrid! Being a plus sized girl, I love the choices of clothes they have. They are on the more expensive side but worth it. And they have sales every so often that make all the clothes really inexpensive. At the one in Great Lakes Crossing, they have a sale every so often that is buy one get two free!!

The person working was very helpful and even called me because we didn't get our bag with our necklace in it.

The ladies who were working that day were so awesome! They made my day and the experience was definitely worth the trip!! I would love to shop here on a regular basis...but it's too far from home
