Wow!!!! I can't say enough about how awesome Flooring Elegance was to work with! From the customer service to the delivery to the installment - everyone I met was a pleasure to work with!!! They went above and beyond to not only remodel my bathroom, but they also had to correct/fix/completely redo some of the work from the previous contractor. The quality of work was spectacular and so worth the wait!!!!! Thank you Wayne Moss for your expertise and quality workmanship. It's definitely something that is unnoticed! You care about the job, the work and to do it right! It's definitely something that not everyone has these days. THANK YOU again!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and curtious staff. Showroom is filled with so many options. This location also offers installation with techs who have been in the field for 25+ years! From LVP to tile there was no reason to go anywhere else.

Great prices on high quality tile. Selection was good. Fast delivery.

This is a new flooring shop in Walton County. My experience was great all around. Sales people were easy to deal with and they have a huge selection of products. I went in there looking for the usual tile, but after seeing everything they have I went with completely different products. The install is now finished and I couldn’t be happier. The store owner came to my home at the end and walked the job with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. No complaints!

These guys are awesome! I am a General Contractor in the area, for 15+ years. I am so glad we finally have a full service tile store, I purchase all of my tile from them, and they do all of my installs. They are friendly and super knowledgeable about any flooring products. If they don't carry it, they can find it. Great family owned business. I will be back!

Wayne and Michelle make a stellar team. We secured their services for purchase and install of our LVP floor throughout the home. Their installers did a magnificent job! Their attention to detail and expert workmanship, plus the warranty, will have us doing business with them in the future.

They came highly recommended. I loved the showroom’s large variety of on hand samples and professional examples of flooring installations. The prices were competitive, but the final job was the best part, on time and within budget! Count me in as a repeat customer! Thank you for everything.

We were first introduced to Wayne Moss and his great crew members about 4 years ago. They did an outstanding job helping us remodel our master bath room. We then moved on to the kitchen area where they did outstanding tile work for us in the kitchen, laundry room, a 1/2 bath and a sun room. When we remodeled our upstairs area, we called upon Wayne and crew to help us tile a new bathroom and the existing bathroom, plus install hardwood flooring in an office and two bedrooms. We then moved outside where Wayne and crew did an outside wall that is truly a piece of art. People drive by and stop and look constantly. We plan to install more hardwood flooring in a living/dining area and a huge master bedroom, plus dress up a fireplace in the living room in the near future. They are incredible! Customer Service is A+!!! They have the biggest selection in the showroom that I have seen anywhere along 98. Prices are incredible!!! So glad that I finally found a place with a local owner that has fair pricing for us in South Walton.

The floor installers are very nice, but they do not speak English. The communication on the job was horrible. They cut every door frame up to fit the flooring and they are all gapped. They were all cut at different lengths. They left a small spit without any flooring and I had to have someone else come in and patch it! I had the owner out several times. They complained the job was taking so long, but it never got done correctly. The product at the store is good. Use your own installers! And that’s just the flooring not going into the Bathroom install!
