The staff was extremely kind and patient. There were two school buses of student at the same time as my visit and everyone got their food quickly and correctly.

I love this Taco bell best one I've been to in a long time, great food, nice staff and huge bathroom that was very clean.

Was door dashing here the other day. And was helped by a drive thru working named Manny. He was very polite kind and helpful. That guy deserves a raise he was fantastic!

Very impressed with a fast food being hurry up this manager has found what it takes to make it flow in one direction and that’s towards the customers. While dining in the staff not the manager came to our table asking if we needing anything. It has always easy to find a eatery with the correct atmosphere it’s easy. When a good manager is in control he a staff of what I call is standard. No a great manager surround’s there self with Great people this evident with this store. They have a very clean store from the restrooms to the front door very impressed and important for me to return the food was to spec well it everything on the item as it should not cutting any corners. Hat’s off to a great place to eat and enjoy the meal I will be back keep up the great work. With Respect to all. RR

Seriously my favorite Taco Bell in OKC OR Shawnee! When I come through the drive thru at lunch, my family's order is normally $50! Every time...and every time, it's fantastic, made right, fast and fresh! The ladies in the window are always nice and never forget my sauce or napkins! Plenty for $50 worth of food! Thanks for being the best Taco Bell!

The service and quality of food have really gotten better and faster. This Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to grab a bite.
Jackie is great at customer service and it is awesome that she remembers what I want almost before I speak it. She is great.
Keep up the good work you guys. I have eaten at Taco Bell all over Oklahoma and no one does better than you.

I love this location. I always get good service and at times I've order a lot of food. But no matter how much I order. They're kind, compassionate and they get what it means to a food runner for ya friends. They all deserve a raise!!! Straight up!!

The best taco bell I have been to. Food has always been well made, service has been friendly, and they have followed Covid-19 protocols very well. Line can be a little long sometimes, but that's just because so many people want it!

Well I guess they have straightened up because this is honestly one of the best if not the best taco bells I've been too it's always fresh hot and well made

I’m vegan so I will place orders in the drive-thru with a lot of substitutions, and my order is always correct! All of the employees I have interacted with have all been so friendly to me and I always have a great experience here! I love Taco Bell and I’m so excited for more vegan options to become available!

Very good. They informed us there would be a 10 minute wait due to lack of available staff but it didn't take nearly that long. All the food was hot when received and all food was made properly and tasted good! Will be going back.

Placed a large order and it was all right. Mostly right. I thought i ordered something else. They didnt hear. Maybe i just thought i said it. I dont know what happened. But the cashier gave us a free taco coupon for our troubles. I wasnt mad that our order may have been wrong cuz it could have been my fault. But the food was good. It was hot. Employees nice. Place was clean.

Service was outstanding today!

The food was great (had the two chalupa meal). Only complaint was the girl in drive-thru. She threw my change at me like I had cooties or something. Nothing to get all butt-hurt about, but still, dang. Good food though.

Fast speedy service is only drive through at the moment but they get your orders out fast even my doordash orders don't take long so I'm able to get in and get out because that's how we make money fast service
