Despite being the only person working in the pharmacy today, the relief pharmacist was able to fill my prescription in a timely manner while also helping other customers. I couldn’t imagine being in her shoes. Hopefully other people will see that they’re working as hard as they can with the staff they’ve got.

Friendly staff. Always there to help with medication related questions or which precription has fewer side effects than the next one. Convenient location and can shop while i wait. Love this pharmacy!

I have been going here for the past couple of years and the service has always been amazing! Today was the day that made me want to share my experience with everyone. My son is a type 1 diabetic, and he is growing nonstop, and insulin goes fast. This pharmacy had teamwork and made it so I can sleep tonight. Thank you!

It went from a great place to deal with to a place that will not answer the phone, although today after calling corporate things went like they should?

Wish I could give a better review. My wife uses this location as there aren’t any better options nearby with our insurance plan. Consistently out of the needed medication and the staff isn’t very friendly.

Customer service skills lacking: Staff member was very short & gave the impression that I was wasting their time. Had another question, but he hung up mid sentence, without even closing out the conversation. No concern, that I was out of the medication, that allows me to function as a regular concious human being.
Didn't have all the meds reqired in the MD order, so part was filled, & they would let me know when the remainder would be available. CVS never called. Now I'm out of the meds, and a new auth needs to be submitted.
