I showed the employee my McD app wouldn't allow the transaction BUT IT WAS USING REWARDS POINTS! SO she was super cool&gave me one. Then I made an order Buy1Get1for$1 & she wasn't judgemental. Gotta save every dollar! She swiftly fulfilled the order.

Only been through the drive thru here, but the employees are always super nice and the food has never been bad.

Ryleigh accepted my call after hours because I forgot my nuggets and was absolutely accommodating and willing to re-make my long lost nuggets even minutes after she had to close. Great crew with more than professional attitudes even off the clock the lake stevens crew of 12/7/2023 held themselves to the highest standards and made sure I’d be back! Thank you and please keep training them like this crew!

I used the app and there was a mishap, the lady was super nice and made it right. Lets appreciate our community and treat one another with kindness.

This particular McDonalds consistently takes especially long to prepair and deliver food (10+ minutes) - but, it is well worth the wait as the food is always hot. They appear to regularly change their fryer oil as the French fries are always lightly golden and never absorb the taste of other fried foods. The staff is so kind that they not only baked fresh chocolate chip cookies, but they gave me the entire batch of 13 (when I had paid for only 2). For some reason their bathroom is as hot as a sauna, but they are clean, open 24 hours 7 days a week, provide the option of self check-out, and even have a wheelchair accessible interactive light table that is fun to play with. Easily the best McDonalds food and experience.

Breakfast every morning, excellent customer service, I see the same black young lady every day, service with a smile.

The food was hot, and the drive-thru was quick. Got our order correct.

I must have driven by I don't go to McDonald's where they serve human meat, and everything they serve is a food buy product it is not even considered food at all or scientifically.

I am grateful for McDonald's being available all night and all day.

Saw you guys were having a rough night and so I am giving a 5 star cause I’ve never had problems before. But have a suggestion.

I put in my mobile order at the end of my shift, about a half hour away from your location, cause you don’t actually make it till I get there. Cool feature. I got there and I saw things were bad so I checked the app to see if I could cancel my order, you can’t. And then I tried to go inside to cancel but the door was locked. So I pulled into the drive thru to cancel my order cause I wanted to get my money back. Please put in a suggestion to corporate that they add a cancel order feature on the app for cases like this. Or have someone at the door to take mobile order cancellations. Just to reduce stress for you all too. I’m not trying to put anyone out over some food.

Anyway I did get my food in the drive thru. You all were kind. I hope everything is ok and that the other customers were kind to you. You do an awesome job, that most people want to do. <3

The nice blonde hair pony tail lady that brought out our curbside order deserves a raise!! Our order was $60 & brought out in under 10 minutes with the drive-thru backed out the entrance. They also got my entire order RIGHT! Including special order burgers *Happy Tears* the food was super good & not too salty on the fries and nuggets which can be hit or miss. Today's visit 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went through the drive through and the people working the window were nice. The took my order correctly and handed me my food with a smile. My food was hot, they gave me napkins and a straw. No complaints.

Look this is a McDonald's what do you want me to say I'm giving it a five stars because the ice cream machine was working. I've never really had any problems with this McDonald's and I've been going to it for years and years as I've lived in Snohomish

While my quarter pounder with cheese was hot and juicy and ooey gooey, the french fries had something to be desired. A lot of old old fries mixed in with a few fresh fries.

McDonald's has a new burger called the mushroom burger and it is incredible it's like a gourmet burger from a special burger place. I was really surprised it's way past Big Mac or quarter pounder with cheese.

i recently had an issue with my mobile order and the manager at the store helped me resolve the issue and gave me a great experience, props to him!

Some people might not agree to the 5star rating but I believe the staff here at mcdonalds in lake stevens are very well trained to pay attention to detail when it comes to peoples "special" orders. For instance my friend went in there tonight and ordered a kids cheeseburger happy meal with nothing on it and she wasn't very happy when she got her order because it was only a bun with nothing else on it not even the meat. I told her she got exactly what she ordered. Great job and keep up the good work

I went here to pick up and Uber Eats order and I gotta say this out of all the McDonald's I've been too lately,they had the best crew! Considering they were dealing with a pretty stressful situation of their system going down so none of the orders were showing, they stayed calm, positive and looked like they had a great system in place to keep things flowing! I was in an out within minutes, I watched them fly thru the drive thru orders! Kudos to the supervisor on duty for doing such a great job with that situation!

Saturday lunch time. Long line in drive through. BUT! Line went very fast, courteous staff, and great food. They actually seemed like they cared, and wanted to do a good job. Very refreshing in this day and age.

Brought my grandson in for a burger and chicken nuggets, He loves the food. I got the Big Mac. Tastes just as good as it did 20 years ago.
