Trey was absolutely lovely! She was very personable, set up my new phone quickly and she helped to save me money on my monthly bill! She made me feel so happy to be with Verizon. We need 10 more of her!

The gentleman that helped us did an amazing job. We were very happy with the experience. I don't recall his name but he had a tree tattoo on one of his arms and had black beaded bracelets on one arm and I believe he had a necklace as well. Super nice guy and very helpful.

Customer Service is alive and well in Lake Stevens at the Verizon store in Frontier Village! Madilyn and Traihana did a great job of upgrading and transferring my phones; very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. Thanx!

I had the best experience ever at this store! The Verizon associate Trayvana was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She took the time to make sure my phone and watch were set up properly before I left. It is so nice to know that there really are people out there who can deliver stellar customer service, you were Awesome!!!

Excellent customer service from Brian! Came in to upgrade my old samsung phone for a new one and transferring my data turned into a whole ordeal. But he was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and tried multiple ways to help. Ultimately it was successful and all of my photos and messages transferred. A few other customers came in at once while he was helping me, yet he was able to address all of their concerns while still being attentive of me. I highly recommend seeking him out specifically for assistance.

My only complaint with the store (not with the customer service) is that they are a smaller location with a more limited selection than I've seen at other Verizon stores. This isn't a huge issue as I can find things like cases, chargers etc. elsewhere. Getting the phone running is the most important part.

This is hands down the best Verizon store I have ever been to, hands down. No wait, even if there was, every single employee there was so nice and lovely. Went above and beyond and set up my Verizon gear that I bought from google. They still gave me great service even though I didn't buy anything major from their store. This is my new go to Verizon store.

Ken Kilmer was beyond helpful, personable, professional, patient and knowledgeable. In receiving my new phone there was a transfer, billing problem with corporate and Ken spent an hour with several different reps solving the mix up. He definitely deserves a gold star for service and problem solving.

When I moved, my phone got no reception. I didn't want to switch providers, but Verizon has better coverage in my area. I talked to Brian about the different phones and services they provide. I'm terrible with technology and understanding phones ... ugh. But he provided excellent customer service and helped me to find a phone and services that were perfect for what I needed! This is definitely my store of choice when I need anything concerning phones!

We were interested in the upgrade for Samsung Galaxy 22. We spoke to Ken who was able to give us a quote to payoff our phones, he also showed us the new galaxy 22 which we purchased. My husband was looking at the watch and after he explained the benefits we purchased 2 of them. My phone was having some problems and we were talking about going out for breakfast and Ken said for us to go and he would complete everything. We came back and were good to go! Ken was very good talking to us in layman's terms so we would understand and we left feeling confident. Very happy with Verizon and Ken.

Brian helped us get my screen fixed and got a big trade in for it. The other store we went to the day before said it was not eligible for the $800. trade in value because it was broken. I am happy I left that store without buying anything and went to Lake Stevens
for a second opinion. The employees at this store came thru with everything they promised like having more phones delivered and getting the trade in done.

Anjelika was extremely kind and helpful! She was all alone on her shift and was unfortunately dealing with several technical difficulties at no fault of her own yet she handled everything with grace! The poor girl also had three separate groups in the store and managed to help everyone as efficiently as possible. She even stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure everyone got what they needed! Anjelika is so awesome and totally deserves a raise!

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me. He was super patient and very accommodating. I wrecked my phone at work, and I needed it replaced immediately. My new phone is a different phone from what I'm used to. I like it, though. It was affordable and immediate, which is exactly what I was looking for.

BEST customer service! This is the most fun I have had at a cell phone store! I needed to transfer all the content from my husband's old phone to his warranty replacement phone, so I was dreading going in for help knowing I wasn't buying anything--but Brian put me right at ease from the moment I walked in! He and Katelyn patiently walked me through the steps and let me hang out in the store while everything transferred. They often checked on me to see how things were going and showed me the new phone's features. Brian even gave me a box and packaging materials to send the old phone back in! So nice!

During my hour and a half stay (the phone had a ton of photos and messages) I watched how they greeted customers and interacted with them and I have to say Verizon is fortunate to have such awesome, kind people representing them! Thank you, Brian and Katelyn for all your help! You guys rock! :)

Had visited the Marysville location where service can be rated a 0. Stopped by this location and the manager was incredible. Helped me buy a new phone and update my information. She was very professional, friendly and knew her product. Was able to handle busy Sunday afternoon shoppers on her own. Verizon needs to see her as an example of excellent service.

I came in to upgrade my phone and had the best experience. The staff here is so personable and helpful. Trevor made sure that all my questions were answered and really went above and beyond for me. He took the extra time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured to upgrade my services or to purchase anything extra. I will definitely be doing all of my phone shopping here at this location. They definitely have the absolute best customer service.
