Today at 12 o’clock I went to go look for a prom dress. The manager was excellent. She helped me. She got me what I wanted. She was very helpful very professional. Very honest. She gave me a brand new dress that’s coming online. She shipped it to my house for free, amazing place five stars ASAP

Jillina was so so helpful! I came in on a whim after having a very bad experience shopping for a gown in macy's and she literally turned my day around. She took the time to listen to my concerns and help me pick dresses based off of them and I can confidently say I left Windsor with the *perfect* dress. Thank you so much everyone!

my first time going to windsor and i can confidently say i’m coming back!!! waited last minute to get a graduation dress for my ceremony TOMORROW and came with only 35 minutes to pick a dress. i tried a bunch on but found 2 more that i really liked minutes after closing time that i didn’t get to try on, and the workers were kind enough to let me go and try them on even though they were closing up everything including the fitting rooms. i ended up finding the perfect one!!! olivia and jessie were AMAZING and so sweet, i can’t wait to see them again and chat with them in the future. awesome store, awesome people, and awessssoooomeeee clothes! 🩷
