AT&T Store

DJ was great. I purchased a new phone and he made the experience easy and efficient. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a cell phone retail store.

I came from having a very bad experience down at the store Wyoming valley mall and was very disappointed. I came up to the store in Dickson city Siniawa. The manager Latasha went above and beyond to help rectify the horrible experience I had and got me all straightened out. I highly recommend going to see Latasha even if it's a little out of your way. She is extremely helpful and CONTINUES to help me out when I have any issues or questions with my new phone. I can't express my gratitude any more! Highly recommend!!

Nicholas did an excellent job helping us with our new phone purchase. Kind courteous and helpful. Spent the time to make sure we understood how to use our phones. He is very knowledgeable about the products offered.

Our experience at AT&T 100 VIEWMONT MALL was the most pleasurable one in our almost 20 years of being with AT&T. Rob was our associate and he answered each one of our questions with ease. He was extremely pleasant and we were done sooner than we had expected.

Nick is the best! He’s super nice and helpful, I really enjoyed dealing with him when it came to my phone issues. The other guy also there today was super chill and kind too! I don’t remember his name, but I was very happy to have had these men for help.

Great service! I had to get a new phone, and they had exactly what I was looking for, they helped make sure everything was set up properly, and great people. They’re always willing to help somebody out when they need it. I will do more business with AT&T for sure. Robert was the guy who assisted me that day, he definitely deserves a raise.!

What a great experience!! Such a convenient location being inside the Viewmont Mall! I was able to get back to school shopping done as well as make it to AT&T to upgrade to a newer iphone. Anthony Marra assisted me and let me tell ya, it was a seamless transition. What a guy! Ten Stars

We had the best customer service with our sales associate. I have never had a better experience. We came in to look at a watch. We were assisted with so much more. Maxine was our sales representative. She helped with more then we came for. She is the definition of excellent customer service. Her personality was positive. She even managed to give us some good laughs. She was knowledgeable to assist our needs. I hope to see her in our future for the needs with our services. Thank you Maxine. Keep being the person you are. It makes a great difference to customers like us. 🙂

Amazing team of individuals. Went in there today to get an issue fixed that was caused by porting number holdup. Switched from Verizon as we are not paying what was promised. I was very frustrated ,however the manager quickly came to the rescue and assisted us immediately, took care of billing issues and then made sure another team member successfully finished and worked out all the kinks. It was a relaxed environment and there was no crazy sales pitches to get us to buy more. It was what's the problem, how can we fix it and let's fix it. This is true customer service. What was even better was that they all gave us there card and told us if we had any issues to personally call them..never happens. This definitely was not a one and done deal. I thank all of them for their help and truly hope to experience AT&T much better than all the other cellular companies.

Had an issue with my iPhone. Ricardo fixed it immediately. Was very polite. Also, let me know it was a software bug, and showed me how to fix it myself if it should happen again. Employee was very kind and understanding. Give him a raise!

When trying to do ANYTHING with ATT other than paying your bill just go to the store. Short story, called support to simply add a line and port a number... spent 75 minutes over two days with someone in Kerala India who tried to be helpful but, in the end, was not at all. Ended that conversation thinking it was all taken care of and 4 days later nothing. Called again and got forwarded to the specific department who actually hung up on me... at this point I'm kinda ticked off honestly... so I called the local store in Dickson City and spoke with Anthony who welcomed us to come up. The happy ending to this tale is that Anthony was excellent and took care if the whole thing in about 15 minutes. Would recommend and will definitely just go there for any future needs.

Had a great experience recently for my business. I made an appointment ahead of time and was greeted by an associate who let me know I would be taken care of soon.

I sat with a gentleman named Brandon who helped me upgrade my phone and add a tablet to my service. The assistance was fantastic and the visit was quick and seamless. It was nice interacting with someone that didn't feel transactional.

My tablet was delayed once the order was placed but that isn't the fault of the store or the associate and I wanted something specific storage wise. I'll hang that on the AT&T fulfillment center.

Great customer service! I’ve been having some issues with my current carrier so I went into the store seeking help. Their sales associate Maria was more than helpful. She took her time explaining everything to me making sure I was completely comfortable. I will definitely be returning to do more business with them in the future!

A shout out to the AT&T store in the Viewmont Mall. The simplest of things I needed, a new charger. Seems like an easy task but for me, it's more daunting than you would think. When I walked in to the store and I was greeted by Derek, I assumed that when I told him what I wanted, he'd point his finger to the chargers and he'd be on to his next customer. Well, not so, he actually took the time to walk me over to the chargers and even helped pick the right one for me. Seems trivial but it was a big deal to me and very appreciated. A big Thank You Derek and I appreciate your sincerity.
