The UPS Store

This place is a hidden gem for business cards. Between online and local places this UPS store is the cheapest, has amazing quality, and Chimene is SUPER helpful. She's printed biz cards for us multiple times now and most recently we needed them last minute and she came in on her day off to make sure we were taken care of. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this store!

Had an awesome experience here.. the owner and staff were so helpful in helping my business track down a tax package. Went above and beyond to help us.. really saved the day. Can’t say enough good things. Small town customer service and caring for sure. Earned my business for life .. thank you

Ryan at the UPS store is awesome.. not only is he professional he is patient. I had a bunch of items I had to return to Amazon and was getting confused on which QR codes go with what. He explained how I could find it and helped with the return

All the staff at the Dickson City, Pa location are always so friendly and helpful!

Kelly treats her customers with respect and is a joy to deal with. She has such great customer skills. After my experience at the UPS Store in Dunmore on Monday, they need to take lessons from Kelly as how to treat people. I was literally yelled at by I believe the owner as I had come in to have papers notarized without an appointment and it was near closing time. He spoke at me so harsh like I was dirt. I will never step foot in there again. Kelly you shine!!!!

I have been going to this UPS store since they have opened. They have always been very helpful. I have called many times and had them ask the Driver to wait for my overnight package because I was on my way. They have helped me fix mistakes and they always have an answer to any of my questions. The owner Kelly is very passionate about her work and always does her best to accommodate all of her customers. Her staff too are very kind people. EVERYONE... has a bad day and with this COVID-19 things are even worse. So anyone who gives less than 5 stars to this location go somewhere else because this place is AWESOME and you don’t deserve their exceptional service and very friendly staff.

Very friendly, personable staff. They were willing to help after the Dunmore UPS Store refused to accept my return because it was a liquid Amazon return. They even apologized for the bad experience at the other store. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I will still exclusively come here for my UPS needs from now on.

Wonderful friendly staff! Great customer service! I have printed, copied and shipped things from here, everything went smoothly. They helped me make seating cards for my daughter's wedding; they turned out beautiful and were very inexpensive! I very highly recommend them.

The best ever Notary person Kelly A Zolin I have ever come across , she is thorough professional aware about the system and about our documents in particular. Finished everything in 10 minutes . Good job Kelly and great price along with Courier & Colour Copy.
