Could not be more happy with the service tonight. Micheal roe and Robbie are truly exceptional. The customer service is impeccable. I needed a new battery. Micheal roe gave me information about the battery and helped install it. Robbie finished it up. Honestly I’m so happy and I would recommend this AutoZone anytime. Thanks guys!!!

After a complete cluster of events that transpired with my vehicle, I want to give a HUGE thank you to Robbie at the Anna Autozone and Kenny at the Melissa Autozone for helping me out today (along the parts driver from Anna - didn't get her name and the very kind 3 people who stopped to help my dead vehicle on White Street today). Robbie and Kenny went above and beyond help us out - definitely recommend these two stores for the great customer service I received today. Thanks to everyone!

Wow!! What a phenomenal store, the store personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. One of the guys named Dylan, was very helpful and on spot as far as getting me the info and parts I needed. I will definitely be sending my friends here for their auto needs

We normally go to an AutoZone closer, but have had some bad experiences. We went to this location to find a different part and holy smokes! We will never go anywhere else. Brandon spent so much time helping us find a specialty part that had us going to 3 different stores. That man deserves a raise. Extremely helpful. Ask for him

Called today to ask about a new battery for my suburban. They had one in stock AND said they would install it! They rolled it out to the curb and I was ready to go in about 20 mins. They also checked my alternator to make sure everything was in order. They were cheerful and accommodating and the installation was done at no charge! I am grateful for their service! Definitely recommend!

Michael R was extremely helpful. He checked our battery, offered suggestions for replacement once verified it was bad. He then (due to medical issues I have), offered to remove and install the new battery. All of this while being very personable and friendly. Fantastic employee and someone who’s service guarantees Auto Zone will be my go to spot. Thanks

Wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Auto Zone for being so helpful today with getting a new battery installed in my dad's old Cadillac. John pulled the old battery and had the new one installed in less than 15 minutes. Thanks again.

Had a check engine light that came on.. quickly pulled in and the guys were more than happy to assist me with finding out what the issue was. They also printed me out info regarding the issue and the part I would need to replace. These guys are always willing to help everytime I've been there.

Had to pick up a battery on a rainy morning on our kiddo's first day of school. Already in my dress clothes for work, Jayson quickly removed our old battery and installed the new one so I didn't have to do it. It saved me a ton of time and I knew my wife's vehicle would be good to go. Really appreciated the kindness and quality of service here!!

I want to share my experience that I had with Robby an Jayson these two gentlemen are so friendly an beyond helpful my left blinker went out an it was a bit of more work in taken the bulb out an they took apart my part of the light because of how it’s located on my car the bumper had to come out a bit. They hooked the new bulb an everything explained everything in the process I much say these two are the best an I will continue to go back them an highly recommend them!!!

Grateful for AutoZone! Always loved AutoZone since I was a kid...and now as an adult...I'm still loving it. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable here at AutoZone in Anna...and helped take care of my best friends car fast and efficiently. Changed out her car battery and she was back to her house in less than an hour. Thank you AutoZone in Anna for always being dependable...and my first choice...no matter the city I'm in.

Auto zone was great visit! Just went in and changed my battery, quick service was in and out out within 15 minutes to change my battery! Which has been giving me trouble for few days now!! Returning guest for sure!

I noticed that my headlight was out when I got home and called around to a few places and they wanted 80-100.00. I decied to call AutoZone and was helped by a gentleman by the name Greg... I hope that is correct. He looked up the bulb and also said if it wasn't to difficult they could help... So I went... When I got there They remembered me calling and immediately began to help ( Jason B ) he was very professional and knew what he was doing... There is nothing like having good customer service. I presented with a kind of complicated warranty issue. Trying to get my MIL help with her car. These guys figured it out after multiple attempts at other AZ. Replaced in rain on top of that! Great get it done for the customer attitude here.

Auto zone is the place to go!!! It's crazy they are located right across the street from one of their competitors. The people at AutoZone are more knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will be using them as my go to auto parts store

The team at this Autzone in Anna is the absolute best.. All the employees at that store deserve real recognition for there Top Notch Customer Service.. No joke
