Just want to shout out for Mason and Klementine. They always check on me, make sure my order is right. Today was the first day that it was not wrong because of them! Thanks again, always smiling and very attentive and friendly.

2 years ago I swore I'd never come back. Picked up food for family today, and couldn't ask for nicer service. The young folks working the drive-through were professional and polite, very courteous. Food came out hot and timely. They definitely earned 5 stars today!

This restaurant is clean, fully staffed and the employees are friendly. The lobby is open. I had breakfast there and ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes thru the mobile app for dine in. It was quick and the food is as expected from MCDs. The.radio is playing with a relaxing atmosphere.

Consistency is the key were here. Anytime I order breakfast lunch or dinner. It is always tasty, cooked properly and everything. I ordered arrives correctly. I am very grateful for this as many restaurants get the orders wrong. McDonald’s consistently gets my order correct.

This is absolutely the best McDonalds we have ever been to. They had ice cream, apple pies, they got our order correct, it was fresh, hot and fast. Customer service was on point!! Definitely will be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pleasantly surprised with how efficient and friendly the morning crew is at this McDonald's in Anna, TX this morning. It was this morning crew that got the 5 stars. My husband likes to get the #1 breakfast but we were very skeptical about coming here since every time we have been to this location with our grandkids for dinner the service has been horrible. All I can say is maybe management should have the evening manager work some morning shifts to LEARN from the morning staff because he was the problem the last dinner meal we had here at the Anna TX location.

The night shift is great! Jethro and Kaylee (I really hope I got the names right) were really helpful and went above and beyond!

Went through the drive thru today for some breakfast and the service was great! The guy that took my order (Lauren?) always has such a positive attitude and was very patient while i took my time asking questions. The food is delicious and I've never had any problems here. I will definitely order here again!

We use the drive-thru for this purchase. My child wanted a Happy meal. Staff was extremely friendly and all the windows encounters I could see were really clean. When we receive the food the french fries were hot, the burger was cooked to her specifications, and the milk was cold all in all this was a great experience.

Fast service, staff was friendly and food was hot and fresh. Didn't wait for my order very long.

I've tried to call.. but everytime I've been they've exceeded my expectations!! Friendly and my food has always been accurate and HOT! Never a bad experience at this location.. love it. Great job guys!!

They do their best with limited staff available. Compared to a few years ago, this place has went from a 1 star to a 5 star establishment. The lobby has been renovated with electronics and new luxuries. Drive thru moves quick and the quarter pounders are always cooked fresh.

The guy that takes the orders usually when I go thru drive thru is wonderful he's always happy smiling making jokes interacting with the kids. My order been messed up one time but I'm always pleased with the service.

What a nice McDonald's! Very modernly styled on the inside and great service! Comfortable seating too! The kids will not be to happy as there is no play ground area, just a couple of touch screens for them to entertain themselves.

I ordered a new siracha Burger and forgot to mention no tomato. I told an employee, but she seemed upset that I mentioned it after placing my order. David overheard and he immediately apologized and fixed the problem! He talked to me and made me feel important. Its rare to see a manager Care so much about a single Customer these days. The sandwhich was delicious by the way. What an amazing experience I will definitely be coming back!!

My last couple of visits here has been really really good food is great service is excellent

Very clean! Not your normal messy atmosphere, has amazing comfy seats and a small area for the kids to play pbs games on touch screen tvs. Food came out hot and fast and we got here right at lunch rush.

This McDonald's has never got my order wrong. The service is very fast and the people at the window are friendly. Definitely the one to go to when you're in a hurry. Gotta love the dollar menu
