Shopped around to find a builder that we were comfortable with for a couple of years. Actually talked to Eric early on and eventually came back around to him because he was local, personable, had the plans we wanted and just felt comfortable with him to get us what we were looking for.
Trying to completely understand the house building process can cause you a headache and we had a lot of questions throughout, but Eric usually answered in a way to prevent that migraine(LOL). Hats off to the different crews that put it all together and John for stepping in to do his part to complete the project and work with us after the build. Follow up service has been spot on. As to be expected, timely communication about what we needed to have at different stages or last minute items for different crews was a challenge. With all that being said, Eric and John always made themselves available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. I know a lot has changed since we have completed our home, with additional employees to help out during the process, so that should make people feel even better about building with Kennedy Homes. Overall, an enjoyable experience seeing everything come together. We have what we wanted, a solid built dream home. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Kennedy Homes build your dream home. Very happy with our decision to have Kennedy Homes build our custom dream home! From start to finish, we had full communication on what was happening and when. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, and was hands on throughout. He was great at scheduling contractors and keeping the project moving! From start to finish it was roughly 6 months, and that was in the middle of a pandemic! So happy to be in our forever home, we absolutely love everything about it!

I had been working closely with Eric Kennedy for almost a year before finally finding some land to build on. In that entire time leading up to me signing a contract, and after, the entire Kennedy team showed me nothing but professionalism and courtesy. I had built one home in the past and wasn't looking forward to the hassles of it all, but felt comfortable and at ease with Kennedy. Everyone on the Kennedy team from the office staff, marketing team, and builders made me feel that I was a valued customer and not just another number. There were even times when I "thought" I wanted a particular feature built into my house and Eric presented me the pros and cons of my wants, and in a few instances, showed me ways to save money while doing it. This experience was pretty amazing and the outcome was great. I would highly recommend the Kennedy team to anyone needing a home built.

We had great building experience with Kennedy Homes. From the planning with Eric, to the building process with John, to the weekly updates with Delayna (which were great to know what was ahead each week) to the cost tracking with Shelby…the whole team helped us navigate our first time home building process! As far as our home, it is amazing! We truly have our dream home! They were detailed in their construction process…if something wasn’t right…they didn’t just cover it up. They fixed it and made sure it was the highest quality! They were easy to communicate with whether it was a budget question or building question. I would recommend using them to build your dream!! Kennedy Homes made our forever home! It is beautiful, and they helped make our design dreams come true. We had not found any house on the market that met all our must haves, but with a few changes to their spec house they were able to make sure we got everything we wanted! They are extremely knowledgeable and helped with every step of the process, from getting the best financing to making sure we closed on time. They replied to any question we had promptly. We chose Eric Kennedy to build out home after talking with him at a brokers open. I told him the unusual things we wanted in our house. I even told him about a house we liked and he went to see it to get an idea of what we like. Eric was always available and came to check on us several times a week to keep things moving. He was very punctual to call back and was willing to go the the extra mile to get it done. We love our home and would recommend Kennedy Homes to anyone wanting to build a quality home.

We built a Custom Home with Kennedy Homes and could not be happier. Eric was extremely professional and easy to work with. His scheduling is spot on. He has a new crew coming in right as one is walking off from completing their work. We have hopefully built our forever home, however if we were to ever build again I would pick up the phone and call Kennedy Homes again without thinking twice!

I have not personally built with Kennedy Homes, regretfully. I sure wish I would have! (Next time will, hands down) but we have many friends that have. We have many friends that have used them to build and they have no complaints and their homes are nice quality houses. The homes are beautiful on the inside and out. Jamie and Eric are also beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend this company based on the homes we have seen.

We have now been in our new home for 5 weeks, it is an amazing custom built home it was a pleasure to work with Kennedy Team in getting our dream home built which is our plan for it to be our forever home! So many great craftsman were involved in making this home happen in making our details perfect!

I initially got a lower quote from another builder for my project, but I decided to go with Eric Kennedy instead after looking at the pictures of work he had done before, especially the "Inola Project". I am so glad I did. The little bit of extra cost was absolutely worth it. Eric and his staff are honest, professional, responsive, and competent. The few little hick-ups we had was entirely due to the subs, and they got properly resolved quickly. I would use Eric again on another project in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend him.
