Just had Fernando Vigueras and Steve his crew from Empire Hardwood Flooring replace our kitchen floor. A little grinding here and there and a little filling. All came out fantastic. We will have them back when we remodel the master bath!

Fernando and the Empire team did an outstanding job on my folks old home. Wood floors that were covered by carpet for 60 yrs+ with life’s stains soaked through, were made to look elegant. Empire was the best contractor experience I had restoring this house. They were professional, met their timeline, communicated very effectively, and did a top craftsman’s job.

I've always dreamed of having beautiful hardwood floors and Fernando helped that dream become a reality. They are absolutely beautiful. They refinished three bedrooms, diningroom and hallway. There were 2 holes that had to be repaired where floor furnaces used to be. It is seamless. You can't even tell the wholesale were ever there. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Fernando is kind and professional. I will be recommending him to everyone.

I've built a professional relationship with Fernando, talk about a hardworking, honest guy. He explained the process of reclaiming some old hardwoods in 2 flip homes we were doing. Also he installed some new hardwood floors in both kitchens to match the existing flooring. They turned out perfect in workmanship as well as matching with the rest of the home. Additionally we had some water damaged areas the affected the hardwoods as well as the subfloor needed removed, framed and replaced. It turned out awesome, I couldn't even tell where it was tied in. Will be calling him again soon and this guy is the best around!!

Working with Fernando and the crew at Empire Hardwood Flooring has been the single best experience of any contractor since we began rehabbing our 1908 historic home. Fernando should do a TED talk in the art of communication. If you have ever renovated a home, you understand how important schedules are. Empire respects that and worked until late in the evenings to keep on schedule. In addition, you will never meet people with more enthusiasm and passion for the work they do.

We love the quality of flooring that they installed. They were a professional courteous and very Timely. I love the fact that Fernando let me know daily what process they were in and sent me pictures. I highly recommend this company

Fernando and team were very professional, friendly, and timely. They went above and beyond when we encountered moisture under some of our existing floors allowing time for my husband to find the source of the problem; we were never rushed. New floors were installed in two rooms, and sanding/refinishing in three additional rooms; the team was certainly attentive to detail. I have recommended Fernandos services to several individuals, including family members, too. When and if our floors need any care Fernando and his team will be contacted. I Highly recommend this crew.

Fernando and his team are awesome! I am a contractor and was very impressed with his work. I would have no problem hiring him for my projects. I would trust him with my customers explicitly. I would not hesitate to refer him at any time. Very professional. Does what he says he’s going to do and no matter how hard or difficult the job may be he sees it through to the finish! I would give them a call and hire them out the gate no need to even check pricing as his price was very fair especially with the high quality of work that they completed. He worked on two of my homes and I will have him working on all my other projects.
